"An excellent hotel, very nice overlooking the lake, beautiful view from the very adequate terrace. Very friendly staff. No fridge but they supplied a kettle for us. They were just finishing a very expensive pool renovation but too early for us. The only downside was the restaurant - very expensive for the quality of the cuisine which was poor - we had to eat elsewhere for the rest of our stay. The breakfast was adequate but 16 euros each was excessive, especially as the egg boiler refused to work on 2 occasions - no hot buffet. Nevertheless less we enjoyed our 4 days stay."

"The hotel is in a great location right on the lake and a 5 minute walk from some of the best beaches in Europe. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated but could have benefitted from a stand-alone shower rather than a bath (there’s a lot of sand around!). The vibe is relaxed and cool. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Great breakfast spread. We didn’t eat in the restaurant as we preferred the seafront bars and restaurants where you could watch the sunset. Nice pool, good wifi, free parking. Nothing to fault really."

"Excellent hotel, with rooms facing a tidal lake. Very friendly staff, lovely terrace for drinks, bikes to hire to cycle round the area. Shops close by and the ocean a 20 minute stroll. Recommended."

"It was a wonderful stay. We had a 4 people bedroom with our family, 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved the bunk beds. So cosy. With all the necessities. Every bed has a cosy bed light and electricity. The showers and toilets are very clean and spacious. The restaurant and terraces have a very good vibe and interior. Even as the swimming pool. Inside it’s nice and cool even when it’s warm outside. We simply love this place!"
