"Absolutely fabulous — I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how perfect this stay was. It was exactly the peaceful and relaxing experience I was hoping for. The private pools added an extra touch of luxury, and the rooms were incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and truly luxurious. Even the bathrooms were spotless and well-appointed, offering every comfort. I absolutely loved everything about this place and would happily return."

"Pros 👍🏻 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience! 3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day. 4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable. 5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced. 6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash. Cons 👎 1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time. 2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive. 3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre. 4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing."

"Lovely pool. Great, spacious rooms . Unfortunately it's in the middle of nowhere. The only accessible bit of beach is next to what appears to be a sewage treatment plant. There is only a small local store nearby and the minimart onsite was closed. No bar within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was good (red duck curry!)"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. They we absolutely amazing. We upgraded our room because we were located in the older building and wanted to be in the new one. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, breakfast was absolutely amazing, the room was BEAUTIFUL!! The hotel is located on the beach which is great too. Surrounded by many local restaurants and have their own that serves good food too."

"Beautiful rooms, spacious, all rooms are next to the pool, good atmosphere, can take pictures from many angles, complete equipment Disadvantages The entrance looks small and is far from the city of Hua Hin, so it is suitable to stay only in the hotel."

"Good place, clean and modern design room with high-speed internet. Too enough power outlet in room. Satisfied great hotel staffs, Good quality of breakfast (all you can eat). Not yet try a fitness and swimming pool but look ok. Hotel location is not much near the Cicada Market; however, there is a free shuttle bus service to Cicada Market and Huahin Night Market. Just prefer to have more late schedule to pickup from Cicada/Night Market backt o the hotel. Last round pickup at 8:00/8:15 PM is too early. Overall is overexpectation. Top selection now for next Hua-Hin trip."

"Excellent, loved it! I especially appreciated the convenience of the smart wristband/watch, which allowed us to access everything effortlessly. It's truly ideal for families with children, as you can easily head down to the water for a swim or play anytime. The lazy river was also a highlight; it was so relaxing to just float along. The hotel genuinely understands what kids need! There's a dedicated kids' corner where children can pick their own food, and the restaurant even offers a special children's menu, allowing them to order their own meals. Such thoughtful touches! Big thumbs up! Overall, every aspect of the hotel was fantastic. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be wonderful to have a more direct or quicker access route to the nearby shopping area. The current walk is a bit long, and frankly, for families like ours, that particular path doesn't feel very safe to use after dark."

"The room is very spacious, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There's a rooftop pool and an observation deck from which you can watch the spectacular sunset. Due to the somewhat remote location a vehicle is required but there's also a free shuttle bus every two hours."

"A great resort for a relaxing getaway. It's right on the beach, which has fine sand, and you can even go horseback riding. The hotel breakfast was good, and the service was excellent. The pool wraps around the entire hotel, offering plenty to do, and there's a kids' slide that kept the little ones entertained. The Kids' Club service was particularly outstanding! My kids ate at the Big Fish restaurant's kids' menu for three days straight. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small, and the minibar items were chargeable."

"The resort was really awesome and we had relaxing and pleasant stay. The staff is really helpful And also upgraded us in to better room. Was really clean and peaceful place to be. Liked all the activities and everything was nice."
