"the room is clean and tidy. we reach a little bit early hence unable to check in immediately. told the receptionist we’ll be waiting at the pool area and she said okay. got mineral water while waiting too.
we got the upper floor facing the beach and its so serene. the toilet is huge, as huge as the room and has separate shower & bath tub.
i requested for a simple deco due to my honeymoon and they did 🥰
heavy breakfast is upon order and a bit limited. for muslim, we can opt for the toast which is self service.
locationwise, if you like calm and quiet area, this will be a good choice. distance to the downtown is about 4km.
the day we check out is at 5am and the reception is so kind to get us a tuk-tuk in that morning because we’re unable to get grab early in that morning. kudos to the team!"

I feel that pool and beach service should include providing towels for guests instead of us bringing towels from room.
The hairdryer in our room was faulty and caught fire the 1st night. It was replaced and the 2nd 9ne had fumes and had burnt smell too after 2 nights. I think housekeeping need to check all their hairdryers thoroughly.

Room type and decorations: not so big as others at Bangkok . But it’s really worth to pay .
Services : polite and warm staffs who know the responsibility and duty .
Food : you can order from hotel as well . Pastries from this hotel is really good.
And you can go to restaurants which is operated by hotel too . It took few minutes to beach side .
Overall : I go with my sister and my friends . We all love to stay . Will come again .

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Hua Hin with our family and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The resort is in a great location, just a short distance from the night markets, which made evening outings very convenient and enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality we received was exceptional. Every member of staff — from the front desk and restaurant servers to the pool attendants, kids’ club team, housekeepers, security, and the staff at the poolside restaurant — went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Their friendly and attentive service truly made a difference in our stay.
The resort offers a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, which kept everyone in the family entertained. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, exploring the beautiful grounds, or participating in family-friendly events, there was always something to do.
We would highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. It’s the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone wanting a peaceful retreat with excellent service.

KKAKAVWANGThe hotel's location is super convenient with a mall right at the entrance. The SPA on the third floor of the mall is almost identical to the Marriott's resort-style SPA, and it's very relaxing, though reservations are a must. The mall itself has a great selection of clothing stores, restaurants, cafes, and bubble tea shops.
The staff quality is on par with other Marriott resort hotels, which is to say, very good.
The restaurant and bar by the hotel beach are perfect for photos.
I tried every restaurant. At the main restaurant, the tiger prawns served for dinner were dead. They wouldn't refund me, only offered to cook new ones, which took an incredibly long time. I had to wait for my prawns even after finishing the rest of my meal! The other two restaurants were just so-so and not worth the price. There are plenty of Western restaurants on the main street, just a short walk or taxi ride away, that are delicious and half the price. The bar in the evening is very pleasant.
The circular swimming pool, which connects to the main pool, is incredibly long. Swimming two laps with the kids felt like I lost a whole size from my waist – the pool gets a big thumbs up.
Unfortunately, my child ended up with severe vomiting and diarrhea, and after returning home, tested positive for a viral infection. I'm not sure if it was the food or the water quality, or just my child's lower immunity, but it's a reminder to be extra careful with very young children when they're playing in the water and eating out.
I visited during peak season, so the value for money wasn't great. It might be a better option for a three to five-day stay during the off-peak season.

GGuest UserThis was my second time in Hua Hin, and I finally decided to try the Hilton, which I'd been eyeing for a while. I specifically booked a sea-view premium twin room, hoping to see the hotel pool and the ocean from the balcony. However, the room we were given was on the other side, overlooking a construction site. Even with the windows and doors closed, we could hear the noise during the day. I spoke to the staff, but they said there were no rooms available facing the pool. If I insisted on a pool-facing room, they only had one on the first floor, which had just been renovated and smelled strongly, and it wasn't even the room type I booked. I contacted Trip.com customer service, and they tried their best to help, but the issue remained unresolved. The hotel didn't offer any compensation either. When you're on vacation, your schedule is usually packed, and we ended up wasting a lot of time trying to sort out the room problem. I'm not sure if this was an issue with booking through Trip.com or if the hotel treats guests differently. I definitely won't be choosing this hotel again, nor will I recommend it to my friends.

PPrincess PeaI don’t have the words to describe staying at the Centara grand beach resort and villas. It is the ideal vacation spot when you want to fully relax in a beautiful environment. The grounds themselves are absolutely gorgeous, the service is top tier and something as simple as walking to breakfast (absolutely excellent breakfast btw definitely add it) brings such an inner…peace?…contentment?…love of life?…it’s hard to put a word on the feeling. But you’ll know it when you’re there.
A very big thank you to the staff for making this birthday so special. ❤️

JJin2543Overall ok-good. The parking space is accessible with high availability. When I arrived there is a welcome dessert and there is a bag service. The atmosphere and architecture were very beautiful. The garden was well-maintained and clean. In the room, cleanliness is ok but there is some dust walls corner but the bedding area is clean. Room is big and amazingly well-lit. I got 2nd floor room with separate beds as I requested, which is nice. Dental kit is not provided and needs to be requested. However, we found lotion in a Bath and Shower bottle instead of a decent Lotion bottle. Breakfast taste was ok but lacked variety. There weren’t enough tables even though more vacant space in the restaurant was available. Several guests including us (4–5 families) had to wait for other guests to finish their meal to be seated, like the hotel wasn’t prepared for Thai long holiday breakfast crowd. When check out there was no more bag service but ok. Anyway, Rak-Talay restaurant near the beach was very good I had to eat there every day.

BTW, the resort is sincere to apologise on the problem and give us some special privilege such as waiver of in room dining and free transfer to bus station. The service and how they treat their customers as well as the attitude of receptionist almost perfect when the incident happened. Highly recommended to stay in this resort when visiting Hua Hin where the view is awesome too.
