ZzlbtonyFacilities: This is my second time here. I really like the layout and facilities of this hotel. Everything is perfect except that the next door is under renovation. I didn't have breakfast. I slept so well. Hahaha

JJoshuaRSAI had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and truly didn’t want to leave. The hotel’s amenities and overall environment are absolutely amazing. The pool area is beautiful and perfect for relaxing, creating such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the property. Breakfast was another highlight — there is a huge variety of options and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved every moment of our trip and can’t wait to come back. This is truly a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

SSophiaJangJune 8-10, 2026 Hua Hin Hilton Resort & Spa, 3 days 2 nights for NT$15,412, which is NT$7,706 per night, including breakfast and dinner for two for two days. The pool is beautiful and a great place to relax for a long time. The Riverside Café next to the pool opens right onto Hua Hin Beach, perfect for photos on a sunny day. We chose to have both breakfast and dinner at the hotel this time, which saved a lot of time and allowed us to spend more time by the pool. Dinner was incredibly rich and more than we could eat. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of items. There are also many restaurants nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven, all less than a 3-minute walk away, which is very convenient.

AAnonymous UserI had high expectations for my stay at the Hua Hin Marriott, given its reputation, but my actual experience was incredibly disappointing. While the hotel's facilities, environment, and location were all good, the most crucial aspect—the 'service'—completely dragged down the entire hotel's standing. This was especially true for the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism, which were utterly unbefitting of the Marriott brand. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were aloof and perfunctory, lacking even the most basic service awareness. They were impatient with guest questions and communicated in a stiff manner, making it feel as if I was 'begging them to do their job' rather than receiving the service expected from a high-end hotel. Throughout the entire process, there was a complete absence of professionalism, respect, and warmth. What was even more frustrating was that some front desk employees clearly lacked training; they were unfamiliar with procedures, inefficient at resolving issues, and quick to pass the buck. Many simple problems took an unreasonably long time to address, leading to an extremely poor experience. Frankly, at the price point and positioning of the Hua Hin Marriott, guests are paying for more than just a room—they're paying for service. However, the front desk service here was worse than what you'd find at many standard business hotels. No matter how good the hardware is, it can't compensate for such terrible service attitudes. I hope the hotel management takes the issues with the front desk team seriously, or they will continue to erode guests' trust in the Marriott brand.

GGuest UserIt was our third time there. The resort is trying to keep up to its standards. At the moment renovation works are underway leaving part of the resort closed. Some amenities are scrapped - for instance, there will be no tennis courts from now on. That being said, the hotel is still great with its private access to the beach, good restaurants, excellent staff (especially Napita from the Museum and Pew from the Coast cafe) and wildlife (an owl lived just opposite of our room!). Overall experience was great. I think we can return there one day.

GGuest UserIt’s a nice Resort if you want relax. We booked a Villa wirh pool and another room for the kids. Distance between Villa and room not to close but can walk to eat other in a nice garden. Arrival was a little strange nobody there on the concierge station or open beautiful Lobby. But anyway after some minutes we check in. Villa is quite and nice. The room has actually the same layout and furniture and bed everything was good. Housekeeping comes every day and clean up all. It give two pool areas. Main pool is on the heach side and second pool in the lagoon area. We mostly spend our time on the beach side pool which has different depths. Kids and adults can swim and have fun there. Breakfast selection is perfect and can sit outside on the beach pool side or in an aircondition room. Service staff is ok but sometimes they forgot food or drinks which we ordered. But the hotel manager is every morning joining the breakfast time and do a great job. He talked to each table and if have a complain he immediately do his best to solve or compensate it. We really enjoyed the 10 days there and can recommend the hotel.

SsnowlemonComing from China where I'm used to highly automated, brand-new hotels, this place felt a bit dated. The whole hotel is quite small; you can walk around it in no time. Maybe I'm just used to the large resort hotels in Sanya. The housekeeping was a bit rough, there was dust all over the speaker in the room. The breakfast was nothing to write home about. I don't know who said it was good, it's really just average. Not many choices, and the bread was especially mediocre. The Thai milk tea wasn't even as good as what you get at 7-Eleven. The noodle station was decent, and the à la carte eggs were okay, but I'd suggest not eating here every day, there are so many good places outside. The best part is definitely the location. Bluport shopping mall is right across the street, and it has lots of great food options, plus a Big C supermarket and a food court on B1, so there's something for every budget. The service was also excellent. Every staff member I met was smiling and actively helped resolve any issues. Big kudos to them! 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are very new, and everything inside is modern. The shower pressure is strong and very comfortable. The hotel staff's attitude is excellent. Each room comes with a small white cloth bag, perfect for carrying small personal items when you go out. I loved this white cloth bag so much that I even asked about it when checking out, and the hotel staff generously gave it to me. However, the pool has very little shade, only umbrellas to block the sun. Located at the foot of Chopstick Mountain, after breakfast, you can go for a walk up the mountain; there are many monkeys. In the back streets, there's a seafood street where food is cheap and ingredients are fresh. Right outside the hotel is the terminal for the green songthaews. I absolutely love songthaews; they're cheap and can take you everywhere. Every day, I'd sunbathe and go to the pool in the morning, then take a songthaew into town to explore in the afternoon. Not far from the hotel, there are massage shops (ask the front desk, and they'll tell you where to go); you can pick any one and you won't be disappointed. The restaurant next to the hotel is decent, not amazing, but certainly not bad enough to complain about.
