1. Excellent value for money.
2. Both the ambiance and service were outstanding. Traveling with two young children and elderly family members, things were quite eventful at times! Our clothes actually blew off the balcony [laughing-crying emoji], and we needed help retrieving them from various rooms and even the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and managed to get them all back for us. It gets very windy here, so a travel clothesline is a must-have; I immediately ordered one after this experience!
3. There are plenty of diverse facilities to enjoy. The lobby always had complimentary cookies, snacks, and iced water, perfect for guests to refuel after a busy day.
4. Although it's located next to the train tracks, I personally didn't find it noisy at all; the bar noise was actually more noticeable.
5. The 4-person family room was a huge plus for us. It's often challenging to find hotels that can accommodate a family without needing separate rooms, allowing us to stay together and look after the children, all while being reasonably priced.
6. There's a laundry room available for 40 THB per wash.
Cons 👎
1. It's about a 20-minute journey to both the beach and Market Village. The road lacks sidewalks, which felt a bit dangerous, especially when going out for dinner at night, so I had to take a taxi every time.
2. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive.
3. For massages, I'd strongly recommend going to a reputable chain near Market Village, as the options near the hotel are quite mediocre.
4. Ctrip's pictures showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in our room, which was a bit disappointing.

DDavid J SimpsonThis is a low cost older style hotel in an excellent location. If you catch an airport bus when you arrive at the airport in Bangkok the bus will take you to a bus station north of Hua Hin. You can then transfer to the free shuttle which takes you to the Clock tower in central Hua Hin. This hotel is just a short walk from the clock tower.
The restaurant meals are great value and the pool is refreshingly clean. The rooms are comfortable with good A/C and hot water shower.
We give it more than satisfactory rating.

MMENGHANThe hotel is located in the middle of Hua Hin, very close to the sombat tour station and the Hua Hin train station. Both the double car and the tuk-tuk 100 pigs can be fixed. The boss is very enthusiastic and will let you go for coffee every morning. It is 20 minutes walk from the beach and market village. It can be 5 minutes from the nearest night market, and the night market is next to the 711 and Lotus supermarket. There are a lot of stray dogs on the road, they are very friendly. Only remind everyone who wants to come to Hua Hin, English must be good. Thai people in Hua Hin really can't understand Chinese, but English is very good. Although the night market vendor menu is marked in Chinese, I really can't understand Chinese. Be sure to speak English. Hua Hin is only suitable for vacations, not suitable for play, and is much quieter than Pattaya. If you want to go to Pattaya, you can take a boat. Attach the sombat timetable and the departure time to Pattaya. I hope that I can help everyone who goes to Hua Hin. There will be a chance to come here next time. Really like it

CCheapTravellersWe enjoyed our stay immensely! Very clean, pool and gym were kept tidy. Quiet street, still walking distance to plenty of small restaurants. Excellent coffee and pastries at Morning Cups , delicious thin crust Pizza at Genova, small grocery store, and 7 11 all within five minutes walk. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. We discovered one of the mugs provided had a crack and leaked, it was replaced right away. When we asked for more pillows, they were there when we returned from our day out. Water and toilet paper were provided every day, regardless if you requested housekeeping or not. Highly recommend!

IIbrar MuhammadHad a 2 night stay with family last week, the hotel was okay, it wasn't as close as to the beach area as said infact it is closer to fishing bridge and doesn't have access to main beach, the beach is about 1.5km walking distance from the hotel. This hotel doesn't have elevators. Wasn't as good as expected after reading the reviews

GGuest UserIt was helpful that this Inn/guest house was still available as my plans changed at the last moment at a fair price. Quiet neighbourhood.
Well kept public spaces, spotless tiles with steep steps to rooms. My room was okay, but quite musty. Some problem in the pipes under the bathroom or a poorly maintained a/c unit! Will aggravate any respiratory condition. TV is adequate, but analog cable. Bed comfortable. Small fridge helpful, but there are no stores nearby to replenish supplies. Nowhere near the beach.
A good breakfast is provided by friendly staff, and their bar is handy for a nightcapy. 8 minutes to downtown Hua Hin, or 4 minutes north to RRC Coach stop (to Suvarnbhami Airport), but fixed priced cab fares are high.
In a pinch, I'd stay again, but likely not.

DDavid TurcotteThis is without a doubt the funkiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. It's cluttered with huge heavy wooden furniture and artwork. It looks like it's held together by tape and staples. There is no pool as shown in the picture. The lady who runs the place is friendly and can speak limited English. It's close to the night market, 711, and eateries. It's in a maze of small streets. It's hot as hell. Remove your shoes before entering
