"We spent our stay at the Odalys Hotel in Alpes d'Huez. I must express my deep dissatisfaction with the irresponsible and unprofessional attitude of the hotel staff. Despite our multiple attempts to communicate and complain about our belongings left in room 203, including valuable clothing and a Bose charger, we were constantly neglected and ignored by the reception. Their lack of seriousness in handling this situation is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be prestigious. The hotel's inability to recover our personal belongings, especially after only finding the Bose charger, raises serious questions about the security and integrity of the hotel. It is inconceivable that our belongings would have disappeared without any clear explanation from the staff. Ultimately, this experience leaves an extremely negative impression and leaves us feeling neglected, mistreated, and robbed as guests."

"The Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we had was not particularly big but comfortable. Shower not great as there was no splash screen or curtain, so difficult to shower without getting the bathroom wet. A few tips: think of investing into a Hotel mini bus to transport customers as taxis are far and between in this part of Grenoble and too expensive. As a Hotel you can charge visitors. Link the Thermal Spa company's website to the Hotel's so it is easier to book any treatments and see all what the Spa offers. When visiting the Hotel website you get the impression that the Spa is part of it but in fact is it a separate business. It would be to the advantage of both Hotel and Spa to expand the on line exposure. We tried to book a treatment but you need to do this weeks in advance generally, this is not clear when booking the hotel. There was nothing available during our 3 day stay."

"We booked 5 rooms for a 5 night stay to use the hotel as a based to ride our motorcycles around the Alps. Hotel was chosen as it had secure parking. We arrived on Monday 16th June and on 17th June one of the bikes was stolen. On reviewing very poor CCTV it appeared that the security gate that should have been locked at 10:30 had been left open. Hotel reported “a malfunction” when questioned about this. We found that the gates were not secured on following evenings and we stored our bikes off site. Very very poor."

"We were able to access our basement apartment with a balcony late in the evening. Our two cats were accepted without any problem and free of charge. Superb room, comfortable mattress, and the tea and coffee were much appreciated. We didn't have breakfast as it was too expensive at €30 for two. We would gladly return if needed."

"A charming hotel. Hearty breakfast that includes everything needed. Very spacious rooms with huge bathrooms (we had to be lucky on this one) and very clean.The hyper central location allowed us to dine in a very warm restaurant highly recommended by the impeccable staff of the hotel. We are delighted with this getaway!"

"Location is beautiful due to being in Grenoble and surrounded by these mountains. Only detail, for tourism I may have favored staying in the city centre. Here I had to use the car for 5-10min to get into the city centre were the cute restaurants along the Rhône river are located. But hotel itself is nice. The staff were friendly, first they checked me in in a room which has not been cleaned but without hesitation the upgraded me. Room was spacious and comfortable. And huge bathroom. Downside of the bathroom, is that the shower is basically overfloeding the bathroom and water even reaches the carpet in the room. Not sure if that was only a default in my room or a general problem. Breakfast was great, loved the chooses. Had even for Gluten intolerant people madeleines. Checkout staff was not very competent though, she was very slow and when I said I am going to be late for a meeting she purposely did the process even slower in a passive aggressive way. I don't think this is a professional and customer oriented behavior. Other than that all good."
