Estrutura do hotel simplesmente perfeita, arriscaria dizer ser o mais novo e moderno da região! Quarto minimalista e elegante, cama perfeita, travesseiros e roupa de cama de qualidade, banheiro amplo e chuveiro perfeito! A estrutura do hotel é linda, possui um rooftop com piscina aquecida muito moderno, uma academia básica mas necessária, possui uma área do café linda também, mesas confortáveis, o buffet ao meu ver falta opções e qualidade pelo padrão que o hotel se “porta” na arquitetura, estrutura de lazer e até mesmo o nome. Agora sobre o atendimento, esse ainda faltam ajustes pelo que parece, chegando ao hotel fui atendido pelo que parecia ser um adolescente sem vontade, algo que não parecia condizer com o padrão do hotel, isso já no primeiro contato, não foi me explicado nada em relação a área de lazer do hotel, nem mesmo que possuía piscina e um bar no rooftop, que até hoje não sei que horas abria, como funcionava, porque também não encontrei nada informativo sobre, perguntei para aquele mesmo atendente se tinha algum lugar para comprar tomar somente um café no hotel, ou próximo, ele me disse que não é somente isso, porém no dia seguinte, olhando pela janela do meu quarto, vi que tinha um supermercado basicamente ao lado do hotel, novo e muito bom, aliás fui a pé nos outros dias no memso. Resumidamente é isso, o hotel é muito bom na estrutura, até porque é tudo novo e de bom gosto, o café por mais que seja básico, as poucas opções que tem, é muito saboroso, quente e tudo muito higiênico, o quarto é limpo, amplo e o banheiro ainda mais, o hotel fica bem ao lado da BR o que facilita acesso e afins, então realmente, para ele se tornar “5 estrelas” aparentemente falta somente a parte de treinamento da equipe em geral que ainda peca, desde a simpatia, cordialidade, e claro o principal, hospitalidade!

I'm hosted in this hotel 4 days ago and even asking for a beach for Claudio, at the morning of the first day, I was put only one extra bed. Every day we left the window completely lacked for the child's sake, and today when we arrived from a day of walk, the window was completely open with the curtains covering it. As I was without wind, I did not know whether I had something open or not; and thus my son almost came out by the window and was unbalanced (with something of God pulling him into the window), and thus we spoke to him. Careful son and he said, ”The window is open, Mom, there is nothing more to say,” after the greatest fear we have had in our life, we call the reception to report what happened. In 10 minutes, the person at the reception (day 31/07 at 19:30) came to the room and gave me a chain!!!!! But there is no place to put chain in the window! . The hotel is located on the beach street, with a relaxing area that offers excellent views. The heated pool is small and the jacuzzis were not available. The room is spacious and the shower provides a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast features many items and has regular rest; table items are quickly removed. Payment parking (like almost all hotels in the city). It is possible to walk to the central Avenue or the north point.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, friendly service, excellent breakfast. Hotel has its own parking, the only criticism is the difficulty of using the parking due to over-pillar and small space in the size of the vacancies, but this criticism and rewarded for the quality as much as the hotel has.

The hotel is a business hotel, which surprised me in cleaning, organization, and with a newly retired room, but it is not luxurious, but we have come to know. A friendly staff, parking (pay), and excellent location, close to shops, bars and restaurants, and the beach. There are only a few suggestions for the bathroom: I got a little step to get into the bathroom, I gave some towels. they could put something to soften it. also missed a savon for the kitchen and a toilet. I recommend !!

We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

The hotel has a very good location. Various places around it, I loved it! The hotel is old, the room has nothing more. All right simple. I thought the breakfast was amazing, the area is very wide. The negative point is the lift! We're waiting for 30 minutes to go away, many bags and the lift very small. The car was paid for parking and out of the hotel, our car returned with the empty and buried tyre and we took damage When we went, it was very cold and we didn't use the pool that even covered, the cottage with cold water.

All perfect, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, very good room, air-conditioned that works, indoor and outdoor pool working very well, clean, and not to mention breakfast, super complete, in the right measure in terms of food variation, not little or much, in the ideal and super well done.
