"Before giving my assessment, a consideration: the place is not a medical SPA, I would say it is more for a healthy hotel. We traveled in July 2025, my wife and I, in the romantic weekend package. We stay in the forest chalet, which has a very good space, the only observation is that the construction is always two germinated chalets, then it gives to listen to the noise from the neighbor. The hotel has a good structure, a basic academy, but it serves whoever wants to move well. The instructors are note 10: The food is portioned, but no one is hungry. In the part of leisure and relaxation, a cold pool with cascade and a covered jacuzzi, as well as a cinema bar with a sink table, table games and a room with a house. This is a place that I believe is more suitable for couples because there are no attractions for children. It is easy to get, exit 119 from the Marechal Rondon road, and another 2 km of land road that, at the weekend I was, was good, but in rain periods, I believe there may be some difficulty."
