"The room was clean, functional and new. The breakfast left something to be desired. On Sundays, breakfast is served until 10:30, but at 9:40 it was almost empty. There was only one guy restocking the food, cleaning the tables and we even saw him taking the dishes away. Everyone was complaining about how long it took to replenish the food. Since it was a long weekend, there should have been more staff to meet the demand. Apart from that, it was good."

"I have no complaints about the hotel; I received excellent service, and the breakfast was good. However, the TRIP.COM app needs to clearly indicate that the room is reserved, as I was initially dissatisfied because it didn't show a reservation in my name. But the manager resolved my problem and found my reservation using one of his last resources. I can't detail exactly what he did, but it was resolved!"
