Aleph Boutique Hotel

Aleph Boutique Hotel

📍 Cardahi Center, Byblos
★★★★ 8.7 (27 reviews)

"I booked this hotel on the basis of high ratings and customer satisfaction on various travel portals. And they were spot on. Located within two minutes of the soup, downtown and maybe 5 minutes from the beach, it is very convenient. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Yes, the neon lights in the room may not be to everyone's taste but then, that seems to be quite the norm in many properties of this category in Lebanon. The staff is extremely kind and helpful . Mr Etien did an extraordinary job of helping me out with my booking which Agoda had messed up. Conversing in perfect English, Mr Etien ensured that I appreciated his city and enjoyed my vacation. The breakfast room is on the top floor with a magnificent view of the castle ruins and the sea. Eggs to order are a thoughtful feature. My omelette with haloumi was delicious. The breakfast selection for this category of hotel is ample. Checkout was smooth. I warmly recommend this property."

Maximus Hotel Byblos

Maximus Hotel Byblos

"I rarely write reviews unless it’s truly an experience not to be missed. I first discovered Maximus Hotel in 2021 during our honeymoon, and despite the challenges at the time, the hotel delivered a splendid stay. Four years later, we decided to return to this 5-star gem to relive that special memory—and it exceeded all our expectations. The cleanliness, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall value are unmatched. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel unique and appreciated. At the pool, Hend personally remade our drinks when we didn’t like the first ones—her kindness and care didn’t go unnoticed. We also booked the BBQ night and, while we were initially hesitant due to having our toddler with us, the evening turned out to be peaceful and elegant. The band played soft, soothing music, and the live cooking stations were a highlight, with staff eagerly encouraging us to try different dishes and explaining each one in detail. Hend came by during dinner to check on us and even asked how our toddler was doing—her genuine attentiveness made a big impression. Kevin also provided excellent service at our table, ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. At the dessert station, a lovely lady recommended the tiramisu, and I’m so glad I followed her advice—it was absolutely delicious. At breakfast, we were warmly welcomed by Paul and Andy, who were incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our toddler’s needs. Chef Paul went above and beyond, preparing unique dishes that made us feel truly special—he reminded us that luxury isn’t about fame but about heart and hospitality. A special shoutout to the manager, whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch, but who passed by several times during our stay to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything—his presence and attention made a real difference. Also, a big thank-you to the reception team, who were friendly, efficient, and made the check-in and check-out experience seamless. In the end, it’s not the décor or the price that makes a place unforgettable—it’s the people behind it. The team at Maximus made our stay feel like home, and for that, we’re deeply grateful."

"It's not worth staying in, expensive with bad stay The room was old, and the breakfast was very limited, but what was worse was the cleanliness of the room. When I came, i saw the bed not clean as if they had been used before, and they just only made and , The bathroom was very very small and there was nothing in it to hang clothes, so I had to put clothes on the wash basin, but When I came after cleaning the room, I saw that the someone from housekeeping destroyed 1 piece from my clothes by some cleaning agent while she was cleaning the room. I really had never faced such a problem before in another hotel. In the end, the room price is very expensive compared with what offer from the services and rooms and there is no view or anything special It does not deserve to be a 3-star hotel"

"Great Stay at Sands Hotel Very nice place with a very affordable price per night. It’s located very close to the beach, the souk, and the castle. The hotel offers a lovely view—especially if you book a higher floor. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the castle right in front of you. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but it’s good and reasonably priced. The place is clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to Dany, the lady with blonde hair, and both Tonys for your great hospitality and warm welcome. I’ll definitely come again!"

★★★ 7.7 (5 reviews)

"My stay at this hotel was a series of disappointments. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, setting the tone for the rest of the visit. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust and grime in several spots, and the bedding didn’t feel fresh. The biggest issue was the constant delays with room service—every time we ordered, it took ages to arrive, and a few times they completely forgot"

Aleph Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Aleph Boutique is such a charming stay in Byblos. Rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with nice touches that make you feel at home. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm, friendly, and always ready to help. Their hospitality made the whole experience memorable. The breakfast with views of the castle and sea is a great way to start the day, and the rooftop at sunset is even better for dinner! I will definitely stay here again when I come to Byblos."

"A lovely seaside hotel with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We stayed here for just one night during our trip around Lebanon, and it was a wonderful experience. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea was truly special. The room was neat, clean, and comfortable. The staff were attentive, respectful, and ready to assist whenever needed ✨"

VU'z Hotel ★★★
"I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service at Vu'z. The cleaning staff had no respect for guests' privacy. The cleaning lady would knock on the door just once and then immediately enter the room without waiting for a response. This happened multiple times during my stay, making it clear that there was no consideration for whether guests were in the room or needed privacy. This lack of respect and professionalism made my stay uncomfortable."

"The stay at the hotel was a nice experience . The location is amazing , the stuff is super friendly , the idea of dinner at the hotel that is included in the package was soo special . The only thing that was not soo satisfying was the breakfast , it could be a bit better for such a fancy place . Otherwise everything was good"

Majestic Byblos Grand Hotel ★★★★
"During my stay, my AirPods were stolen and money was taken from my wallet. When this was reported, no meaningful action was taken by management. Additionally, despite the hotel claiming to have Wi-Fi in the rooms, there is none. At best, you may connect briefly in the lobby if you’re lucky. The breakfast is below average. No laundry service. This level of service and security is unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here."
