"Booked a room for 3 persons 2 nights but given 2 sets of towels for both. Requested for 1 set only 1st night but claimed no more bath towel, was given face towel. Same things happen on 2nd night. Room was clean. Only buffet breakfast served. Self prepared food/drink if you not intend to eat/drink in hotel. The mountain road heading to the resort was under construction (14-16/Nov/25) make it difficult to drive after sun set. recommend to arrive early if self-drive. Nice walk along the lake next to hotel."
