"Our stay at El Bey Hotel was exceptional. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with top-tier hospitality and incredible food, this is the place to be. Atmosphere & Quietness: the entire property maintains a wonderfully calm, tranquil environment. The room was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Dining (Breakfast & Dinner): The culinary experience was a real highlight. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and offered a wonderful variety to start the day. In the evening, the dinner was outstanding—truly high quality, exquisitely presented from the Constantine cuisine. Service & Staff: From the moment we arrived, the staff (Mr. Azzi the kind manager, the receptionists: beautiful Roquia, and the other kind gentlemen receptionists treated us with genuine warmth and professionalism. Everyone was remarkably welcoming, attentive, and made sure every detail of our stay was taken care of. I STRONGLY recommend this hotel that we left feeling thoroughly relaxed and will definitely be back! Thank you all ..."

"We had an overall pleasant experience. Many thanks to the staff for their warm welcome and professional service. The Silver Family Room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped, I particularly preferred the rooms with a sea view rather than the city view, the scenery was wonderful. The cafeteria also offers a beautiful view. Breakfast was varied and satisfactory, while the restaurant provided clean, tasty meals, with à la carte options for lunch and a dinner buffet. The sweets were especially delicious. The swimming pool is enjoyable, although making it larger would be a valuable improvement. Maintenance service could also be faster. One important issue was the elevator, we got stuck several times, and despite this, it remained in service without being repaired. This should be addressed as a priority for guests’ safety and comfort. Overall, a good stay with friendly staff, pleasant rooms, and quality food."

"The staff at this hotel are very professional, always smiling, and ready to help. The food is delicious, and the cuisine is excellent. The cleanliness is impeccable, nothing to complain about. The welcome was excellent. Overall, a very good stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at Hôtel du Nord. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient for exploring the city. However, there is some room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, as the room and some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner. The breakfast was also quite poor, with limited options and not much variety. Overall, the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and good location were definite positives, but cleanliness and breakfast quality could be improved."

"The service was very good, the rooms and hotel in general was very clean. The food at the buffet was good and exceptional at the restaurant on the top floor…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….."

"The triple room is very large. The front desk is very warm. Help us a lot. The location is also very good. The monkey mountain cap carbon is very fun. But I came back without going to the beach. I recommend this hotel in the summer."

"The standard rooms are very small. I recommend booking one of the higher-end rooms. I thank the manager for upgrading us for an additional fee."
