This hotel is dying for remodeling, very old decor, but still very clean. The gym was very old, old equipment, old decor, old swimming pool, just need major update. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices, and it is very old style, and taste was ok. Service was good, one of the managers helped me to open up the east side door so I don't have to walk in the rain, very nice gesture. Price was cheaper than the other 5 stars hotel in the city, but you get what you paid for.

The hotel staff are the best part of this hotel. So friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you . The facilities are great especially the swimming pool and sauna. The room was clean and spacious. Highly recommended

This Bai Xiang Hotel is very good. We checked in late. The waiter was very friendly. Eden helped arrange a quiet room. I slept very well at night. The robot delivered things very quickly at night. The room was large and convenient to the airport. The overall service of the hotel was very good and cost-effective. It is worth coming again next time.
