"While the concept of glamping was executed well, it was a constant pulling of teeth to obtain any semblance of consistent communication from the staff. Also, there are so many rules? For example, you can't bring in outside food--if you eat on the property you have to eat from their restaurant. The restaurant whose opening hours are different times, depending on who you ask. The restaurant that takes an 1+ to get an order and still leaves out the drinks. Communicating to the staff via whatsapp is, like I said, pulling teeth. You want literally anything?
