Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kamakura-Ofuna Higashiguchi ★★★
"The location is excellent, just 50 meters down the alley opposite Ofuna Station. For a budget hotel, the cleanliness and facilities are really good! Other than the small room, everything else was great, and the breakfast was pretty good too!"
Tosei Hotel Cocone Kamakura ★★★★
"First time in Kamakura, and this room was an incredible value for four friends! The hotel has a fantastic design, blending old and modern styles with a touch of European flair. The service was wonderfully warm, and the location couldn't be better – right near the train station and on a charming little street!"
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kamakura-Ofuna Kasamaguchi ★★★
"There is 2 Sotetsu Fresa Inn hotel on the same area, I was search from google map and went to the wrong one but the hotel receptionist was explain clearly how I get to the correct hotel. This hotel was close to Ofuna station south entrance and opposite is a shopping mall. And you can collect any amenities you needed from the hotel lobby even face mask. This is thoughtful services and makes my first night on Japan is so happy."
Jr-East Hotel Mets Kamakura Ofuna ★★★
"Great hotel just nearby 2 train station. Very convenient for trip to Kamakura and Enoshima. Love to stay here."
Guest House Kamejikan -Turtle Time- ★★★
"A bit far from the station and shops, but close to the beach. A beautiful old building with everything you need. The door closes at 23.00 and there is no combination lock, so you can’t be late and it’s inconvenient. I don’t like the staff, they are unfriendly compared to other places in Japan."
Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura ★★★★
"Near to JR station and the main shopping street. Spacious with nice design"
Akitaya Annex ★★
"The staffs are so kind and the location of the place is so nice. Really close to the station and on the main road. Somehow there are some sound of the car during night, but not matter. Comparing to the nice room and location, the price is so cheap."
Guest House Irodori Kamakura ★★
"Everything was perfect! The guesthouse is located in a small traditional house, in a quiet area. It is very comfortable, you feel at home! I had a doubt about whether breakfast was included or not: it was, and it was very good. Thanks again to Bushi and Nadoka for their lovely welcome 🫶 I will come back!"
Bench ★
"It was a very nice place. Speaking of cool, I wanted a toothbrush. Thank you very much for this time ♪♪♪♪♪"

LACER SUITES KAMAKURA
"This hotel is hard to describe. The location is fantastic, just a five-minute walk from JR Kamakura Station, and its exterior is very distinctive, going for a natural, minimalist style. But it's *too* minimalist. There's no wardrobe in the room, no sofa to relax on, just a small stool, and not even a bedside lamp. I don't really care about the lack of a TV, though. It felt like I was staying in a tiny solitary confinement room. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; it was a small set meal that had to be pre-ordered, and it wasn't enough to fill me up. The service was friendly but a bit distant."
Kamakura Park Hotel
"This hotel is beautiful, elegant, and truly a special place. The hotel is decorated beautifully with very large elegant rooms. The hotel is romantic and all of the rooms have a view of the water."
Symposion Locanda
"Super, everything was really great"
WeBase KAMAKURA
"🌊 WeBase Kamakura is a modern resort hotel nestled in the historic city of Kamakura, just a stone's throw from Yuigahama Beach and the train station. It perfectly blends the convenience of a travel hub with the serene atmosphere of a seaside getaway. 🛏️ The rooms are bright and contemporary, featuring well-thought-out layouts and comfortable beds. The understated interior design creates a sense of lightness and order. 🔥 One of the hotel's strongest features is the public bath, where you can unwind after exploring the city and recharge your batteries. The sauna, with its self-löyly function, offers a truly authentic spa experience. 🍳 Breakfast at WeBase Kamakura isn't just a buffet; it's an opportunity to savor freshly prepared dishes like galettes and seafood breakfasts made with local ingredients, setting the tone for a leisurely start to your seaside day. Interestingly, the snacks and desserts were different on the second day. 🎨 A striking feature of the hotel is the art installation, “SHIP’S CAT” (シップスキャット), located on the WeBase Kamakura terrace. This giant cat sculpture was created by the renowned contemporary Japanese artist, Kenji Yanobe. ☕ The common areas, including the lounge and club zone, provide a relaxing space between excursions. You can enjoy a coffee, socialize, or work on your laptop in a bright and cozy setting. 💫 Overall, WeBase Kamakura is more than just a hotel; it's a space with character. It beautifully combines hospitality, contemporary design, spa facilities, and cultural elements like SHIP’S CAT, transforming an ordinary seaside stay into a vibrant and memorable experience."
HOTEL AO KAMAKURA
"The room is very close to the station, with a view of the sea and Enoshima from the window. It's very convenient, clean, and the staff are professional. I would definitely go again!"
