"The environment is fantastic. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you're hit with the smell of sulfur, which confirms it's a real hot spring. They even offered complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner for the kids, which was unexpectedly plentiful. The hot springs are great for soaking, and the Ice Waterfall Festival nearby was also a beautiful sight."

"Most of the staff were Nepalese, so I couldn't communicate very clearly in Japanese, which was a bit disappointing. I expected to get salmon roe at dinner, but the salmon roe I got at breakfast was clearly not salmon roe, and the pieces were small. I ate it for breakfast the next day, but it didn't taste good, so on the second and third days, I didn't even touch the salmon roe, even though it was supposed to be a salmon roe ingredient. There was also a description that said there were scallops, but there were none. I don't like to point out things, but I thought it would be better to make this clear to future guests, so I wrote a review."
