"The hotel has 5 star amenities and boasts of exclusively named suites, serves delicious food and has a super quick room service. The rooftop area is perfectly curated for large group gatherings. Loved the experience. Only improvement suggested - Bathrooms are good, but could be developed further for tight flush buttons and water drainage in the bath area to be separate from the toilet."

"Very disappointing and frustrating experience at Hotel Deventure Karnal during our marriage function. Mr. Rajeev initially made huge promises regarding top-notch arrangements, service, food quality, and guest hospitality, but unfortunately, none of those commitments were fulfilled. Even before the function started properly, he repeatedly pressured us for the balance payment and even threatened to stop the function if the payment was not cleared immediately. This created unnecessary stress and embarrassment for us and our family on such an important occasion. The biggest shock came during the function when the hotel staff switched off the air conditioners, saying that the “AC timing was over.” It was extremely uncomfortable for our guests, and such behavior clearly shows poor management and lack of professionalism expected from a venue hosting wedding functions. The food experience was equally disappointing. Several food items and menu commitments that were promised at the time of booking were either denied or not served at all. The quality and taste of the food were very poor and completely inappropriate for a wedding function. Despite this, the food arrangement itself was badly managed and insufficient for guests, even though around 100 plates remained unused from our side. This clearly reflected poor planning and coordination by the hotel management. On top of that, most of the staff members were rude, uncooperative, and not willing to listen to guest concerns or requests. Instead of helping the hosts manage the event smoothly, their attitude added more frustration throughout the function. Overall, it was a highly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would strongly not recommend Hotel Deventure Karnal for weddings or family functions if you expect honesty, professionalism, proper hospitality, and quality service."

"This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with beautiful rooms. The receptionist Mr. Tanish was extremely helpful and welcoming. he went out of his way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. On top of all first class hotel receptionist, Mr. Tanish. he made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to his. I think he deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The breakfast was good❤️"
