The turnaround in service, attention to detail, and warmth was genuinely appreciated. A special thanks to Mr. Dinesh Varma (GM) for his personal involvement and leadership, and to Mr. Attivaram for ensuring things were seamlessly handled. At the restaurant, heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Avdhesh, Chef Harith, Ms. Shibani, and Ms. Yashoda—their care, responsiveness, and effort made a noticeable difference to our dining experience. This is the Tajness we’ve always valued—and we’re glad to have experienced it again. We’ll definitely be coming back. PS: Do try the Sadhya Meal"

"Excellent location ,resort premises is very beautiful only eye sore was people hanging their cloths to dry on the balcony or any other space out in open, that was really bad not sure if that is because of high laundry charges or not having anything to hang cloths inside. We did use the back patio that was covered to dry our beach cloths rest we brought home to wash. Other things that bothers us was pool closes at 7 pm. Given the hot and humid weather if beach access and pool closes by 7 pm there is nothing to do inside, small village outside is not so inviting to explore or even go. Food was good lots of option for vegetarians , but it was quite expensive too. It was not so at par with Taj standards but price wise it felt close to Taj. We liked the jacuzzi but inconveniences of asking the staff to switch it on and off and had no hot water."

"Malabar ocean front beach resort is one of a kind, luxurious and serene property. Our holiday was saved by the wonderful staff here. Many many thanks to Mr. Jayesh, Retish, Vinod and Albin to have accommodated us with an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this place to all. With ongoing expansion they have it going on it looks like by next year the property will be leveled up! Once again thanks a lot Malabar ocean view resort. We enjoyed the most!"

"Property was nice but not painted well. Breakfast in-house would be good and the same has been brought from outside. Room booked for 4 pax but the room provided for only 3 pax and the same we have to adjust to fit 4 pax"
