"My family and I have long been fans of Taj and try to visit at least one each time we are in India, but our stay at Taj Bekal was by far the best! From considerate buggy rides to their delicious idi chamandi, each moment of our stay was thoughtfully looked after. While we were surrounded by the beautiful backwater views and scenery, my family couldn’t stop thinking about how hospitable the staff were. Especially Sarath, one of the buggy drivers, and Ganesh, a restaurant staff, considerately took every step to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. From Sarath’s enjoyable football conversations with our son and selfless acts of hospitality, to Ganesh’s fun drinks and thoughtful restaurant support, both of them only made our experience at Taj Bekal so much better. Swagata, Ashish, Attimaram, the cook who looked like the actor Dhanush, and so many other staff at Taj brought smiles to our faces, and the words “thank you” kept playing on our lips because of their hospitality. When our daughter fell sick one of the days during my stay, the staff catered to all our needs and sped me to a joyful recovery. The amazing views, food, activities, and every other aspect of our stay cannot be fully put into words, but I’ve tried the best I can to do so! Thank you, Taj Bekal, for the wonderful memories!"
