"Firstly, the hotel service was quite good, I was quite satisfied. Also, the room had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains. However, the price-performance ratio was really just average. Firstly, the cleanliness was so-so; the washbasin didn't seem to be properly cleaned, with some residue from the previous guest (on the faucet handle). Secondly, the facilities were somewhat inferior to those in China. The location was fairly convenient."

"I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. The hotel is full of skiers. When I come back at night, there is a big shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient for eating and playing. In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!"

When people arrive in the middle of the night in rooms on the same floor, it's awful. - The staff doesn't speak a word of English. Positive points: - If you're lucky enough to get a room where no one has smoked, they're quite clean. - Breakfast is OK. - Drinks (tea, coffee, water) are available 24/7 in the cafeteria."

"Really, don't bother. The view of the snow capped mountain was great. It's very close to shops, market, citadel, etc. Breakfast on the eighth floor has good views and breakfast is adequate. WIFI is constantly good. But, the air con doesn't work ( in every room according to staff), the bedside phone doesn't work, the shower fills up with water, TV rarely worked, over all the hotel needs a LOT of money spent on it. There are other hotels very close in the same price range."

"Overall, a normal hotel for the money. Stayed for 2 nights. Come and spend the night. The only thing that bothered me was that they smoke in the rooms. There was an ashtray on the table (at least in ours). Breakfasts are ok. Not a cornucopia, but we didn't leave hungry. The staff is friendly."

The truly positive aspect, for which it deserves the highest rating, is the staff, who are simply fantastic, incredibly helpful, both during the day and at night. A welcome of this level is rare. Breakfast was also a surprise. The classic Turkish savory fare, with pancakes and omelets made on the spot. We like savory breakfasts, and here in Turkey it's like this...much better than Italian coffee and croissants. Parking and Wi-Fi included. About a 15-minute walk from the bazaar."
