"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. A special thanks to Mr. Dani for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. He was very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back again. Hotel O near Mall Boemi Kedaton formerly Hotel Lima Residence ★★
"I have never given a 1 star to any hotel before, and I didn't expect much for that price, but the room smelled of ****, the bathroom couldn't be closed, even though I checked in at 9 pm, how come it smelled like a public toilet. Wasn't it cleaned?? Very disappointed, asked to move to a full room, finally booked a room above it, then I could sleep. It really smelled,"
