"I requested a QUIET ROOM, because my husband is a light sleeper, and he get sick easily if he doesn't have enough sleep, but the whole night has been a nightmare cause the roof above us is so noisy, sounds of people walking, and jumping, furniture moving, were very obvious and my husband call the receptionist and he PROMISED TO CHECK AND GET BACK TO US, but no one call us back until we checked out. The lady receptionist hand us the key with one hand and no smile, i think its very important to learn about basic hospitality code especially for the front desk staff. How ever the room is very very comfortable and the location is excellent."

"This hotel was seriously great! The breakfast crew was awesome and really on top of things. The food and beverage service was excellent, especially with Sekar helping us out so much at breakfast. She was super warm and caring, definitely 5-star service from her! Her initiative in servicing us was very appreciate, since it is very hard to find this kind of gesture in other hotel in Lampung to be honest. Unfortunately we don't have much time to take a photo, but surely next time we will."

"I have never given a 1 star to any hotel before, and I didn't expect much for that price, but the room smelled of ****, the bathroom couldn't be closed, even though I checked in at 9 pm, how come it smelled like a public toilet. Wasn't it cleaned?? Very disappointed, asked to move to a full room, finally booked a room above it, then I could sleep. It really smelled,"
