I didn't receive an email with the building and room door password when I booked through Ctrip. When they called me, my English was limited and I couldn't understand them, so they asked a girl from the neighboring shop to learn the password and bring it to me."

"Very friendly reception. Rooms were ready, so we could walk through immediately. Rooms are cheap, simple but nothing wrong with it. At Restaurant Alte Muhle eaten, real adviser. Breakfast was cheap and was well supplemented. Our 3 cars were able to leave in the parking garage at our Arrangement. Beautiful large places. With the taxi brought to the Cruise terminal ( 5 minutes) and picked up again after the trip. A perfect place to start a cruise quietly."
