Four Points Flex by Sheraton Kiel

"A lovely hotel for a short trip! The room was large, very clean, and newly renovated. The free parking right outside is a definite plus! Unfortunately, there were no toothbrush cups in the bathroom, and the hotel soap had a very unpleasant smell. Breakfast was good, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!"

Hotel Astor Kiel by Campanile

"The service was very friendly, the room walls and doors are very thin, so you can hear a lot... The furniture is a bit old, partly wobbly/unstable."

Hotel am Kieler Schloss Kiel by Premiere Classe

"Everything was great and clean."

Hotel Berliner Hof by Coffee Fellows Hotels

"The hotel's infrastructure was really basic, even worse than a typical business hotel in China. The front desk staff seemed a bit incompetent; they charged me twice for room service when they charged me for breakfast for an extra person. Luckily, I noticed and asked for a refund. However, when I tried to get a refund, the front desk staff didn't know how to process a credit card refund. Fortunately, I insisted on a cash refund; otherwise, I wouldn't have known who to appeal to if I couldn't get a refund later."
