They told me there were no rooms available with various excuses. Everyone, including the receptionist, apologized. Even though I called the company manager several times, he did not come out of his room to give an explanation. It has happened that they sell rooms by the hour and make you wait at the reception for 3 hours. This is a disrespectful company that does not respect institutionalism and does not respect business ethics."
