"The hotel's design is very stylish and the facilities are excellent, but there's always a long queue at the front desk. The room was clean and tidied up daily. The only letdown was a cockroach suddenly appearing in the bathroom... The hotel really needs to do a thorough pest control."

"The quality of the black waiter at the front desk of the hotel was poor. The elevator was broken and did not tell us. It made us wait for a long time and ran to complain. She said it was broken and waited for someone to repair it. I told her to have two adjacent rooms, but she gave one on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. There is no elevator, so I have to carry my luggage up."

"This Hotel is in a great Location. The front desk staff are meh. Not very friendly. The Breakfast is pitiful, sausage sitting in a pan full of grease, I know sausage is greasy, but I’ve never seen it served sitting in a pan full of greased. So not appetizing at all. The first day the French toast sticks were stuck together and half cooked. Fruit bowl never refilled. Charging $15 for that is insane!! I will say the Breakfast attendants are sweet and helpful. The parking is ridiculous, I have to pay $45 per day for an attendant to go park my car 50 feet away. That’s just taking advantage of people. I should be able to park my own car instead of being rushed out of my car trying to grab all my things, shopping bags, etc. Hallways are very loud throughout the night. Ghetto guests allowed to say the worst cuss words and talk any way they want to loudly in front of other guests and Children. I finally had to say something to this one girl. This is a family friendly Hotel as the Aquarium, Coke Museum, Centennial Park are all located within walking distance. Hotel staff shouldn’t let crap like this happen or continue. Good luck if you need towels, an extra blanket, or whatever, Housekeeping doesnt clean or replenish anything and that was on my third day. You have to call and ask for it, but the phone doesn’t work in the room and I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. I had to go get it myself and the guy couldn’t get into the linen closet cause someone locked the door and they didn’t have a key. He had to go to an open room and get it from there, SMH. I paid over $200 a night to stay here and I’m very disappointed. Won’t be back. Will go stay at the overpriced, outdated, Westin instead and pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to where we got to go."

You can also order a lot when ordering takeout perfect location Convenient The hotel breakfast is also good If you feel hungry in the middle of the night, you can buy snacks from the store on the first floor. Even mineral water has to be charged. No slippers, please bring your own The coffee machine in the room was used The boiled water also contains some uncleaned coffee powder. Bad review on this point"

"this is a really really really good hotel. great room, ambiance,cleanliness,facilities,service,foods and it is near from the airport. you can see aircraft outside of the hotel because it’s beside of delta airlines hub office. all in all it was a great experience. i love the structure of the hotel specially the interior designs! kuddos to the employees they are very helpful,accommodating and friendly. Good Job!!! i’ll be definitely come back. thank you for the great experience."

"I booked a park city view room, you can see Atlanta's Ferris wheel🎡, the Olympic Park is opposite, the hotel is surrounded by the attractions check-in area, the Coca-Cola Company Museum, Atlanta's largest aquarium, and CNN are all within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The journey is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast has a variety of varieties. Although it is located in the urban area, the hotel's sound insulation is very good. I slept well for two nights. I will come again next time."
