GGuest UserThis hotel was booked to vibe for the new year. Great views. I loved every experience of it. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Smelled good. Nice ambience. I’d come back. The only thing i wish we didn’t have to go through was the spiral parking. Be safe and cautious. Literally 5mph. The breakfast was pretty good. No meat was available. You would have to go to the kitchen downstairs I was told. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

GGuest UserExactly next to the metro station, walking distance to the Atlanta Symphony Hall.
However there’s not much commercial activities, shops, restaurants nearby, the surroundings can get very quiet after dawn. And their lobby is located at 17/F which means strangers can possibly follow you into the hotel with little or no people to help in entrance. There are securities during daytime, not sure about their duty. Overall the security is the only concern of this hotel.

TTengshangshuyaThe hotel is relatively new, the room is comfortable and simple, there is a shuttle bus, it is very convenient to go to the airport, it is quite good to go over the middle of the business trip, the front desk attitude is also better.

MMarkAPThe location was perfect for me. Very late check in and desk mgr was friendly and helpful. Got me right to my room. Comfortable room and slept well with a late check out. Was told that the bathroom was small and they weren’t kidding. All else was good and would definitely return.

JjenwhiteMy husband and our son stayed here cause we always have a great stay at hoilday inn all over. I will start with the bad. First off, when we booked this hotel, it stated the breakfast is included while getting checked In. I saw a sign saying that you have to pay for breakfast and it's 9 dollars a plate. 😡so I asked the guy that was checking us in. Why do we have to pay 9 dollars for breakfast he said it's not in my reservation. That was false,. So he said we have to call ihg to inform them of this and I said NO you call cause this is your hotel not mine. Anyways I have never stayed at a hoilday Inn IHG and had to pay for breakfast (NEVER)..The good news is we slept good.. room was clean.

KKaren Elizabeth BiowThis hotel is okay. It's close to the aquarium and the Coca-Cola museum in the civil Rights museum. Breakfast was okay. It could be a little cleaner those sofas were a little grungy. The hotel charge me two times. I had to contest it with my credit card company and show the receipt that my boyfriend paid for the room. They didn't take payment off my room when we checked in so we paid twice. I had to call my credit card company and I had to call trip.com to resolve the issue. The staff aren't very knowledgeable. They don't really know anything about Atlanta or can't recommend restaurants. The hotel was okay but really not up to Marriott standards..

GGuest UserThe room had a mini kitchen, which was very convenient. The breakfast had a great variety and was excellent! The staff greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay even better. When we visit Atlanta again, we would love to come back. Thank you.

GGuest UserAlex was the best! We left our car light on, he called the room phone 2x, the phone rang, but i could not hear him and he could not hear me. Think the phone is actually broken! So Alex, knocked on my door! He even, made sure that we got to our car safely since this was around 1am. So thankful for him! If not for him, our car would have not started. Thank you Alex!!!

Good location.., 15 minutes by foot from the hotel to the State Farm Arena (Hawks game).
Standard American breakfast (good).
The room is not spacious.., but comfortable.
Very good shower.
Cleaning and presentation need to improve.
The hotel was within my expectation.., for the price I paid.
