"Location is good however apartment is somewhat uncomfortable for a stay any longer than a day or 2(no lounge to sit and relax in evenings). We arrived to find the apartment was not cleaned properly - All dishes, glasses and cutlery were very dirty so we had to wash them all before use. The floors and shower were dirty so we had to vacuum and mop on arrival. Some positives are comfortable beds and central heating works well to keep the entire apartment warm. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Overall I would suggest looking elsewhere unless location is your only criteria."

"I have truly enjoyed our pre-Christmas stay at the Kitzhof, especially as we got a junior suite upgrade which was great and spacious room with a nice view. Great quality of sleep and very attentive and friendly staff from concierge to reception to bar and breakfast. The offering at breakfast was also one of the best I have seen around luxury Alpine resorts and I travel about 90+ days a Year so for me to say that means something."

"Very helpful and easygoing staff. Great location on the slopes. Due to the Covid situation all protective measures were in place. We felt safe. The hotel has all facilities and services for a ski resort. Very good restaurant with very tasty food. Because of that and because of the personnel, we decided several evenings not to go outside. Ski rental, ski pass, arranged by the hotel. From the bed, via breakfast, straight to slop - perfect conditions."
