"We stayed for 1 night. Thank God, because we were with a child, they gave us a non-smoking room. In general, the Turks need to do something about this! Smoking is prohibited in public places. Dog-friendly - also a rather rare occurrence in these places. Otherwise, the hotel is very shabby, these are not 5 stars. The room is large. Water / tea and instant coffee (in five stars!). For 3 people, they gave a room without an extra bed. My 11-year-old daughter and I, of course, fit in a single bed, but still it is strange. The breakfast is just awful. A mountain of bread, eggs rolled over until blue, fried eggs or omelettes are fried in terrible frying pans. Judging by the look, the cheese is cut in the evening, it is all stale, I will not even mention the sausage - how can you eat Turkish sausage and hot dogs - is unclear. The only edible thing Nea breakfast - kaymak and honey in the comb. That's it! The parking lot is full, but if you give the keys to the parking attendant, they will put it. This year Türkiye left some indelibly unpleasant trace."

"Araf Hotel is beautiful with a unique charm. It's located conveniently close to Mawlana's Museum and Maqam. As a first time traveler to Konya, I felt safe and comfortable staying here. There's an issue with my first room, which is in the basement, where the heater was not working despite being reported twice. The third time I complained, the front desk quickly offered to change room on the top floor which are much nicer and have a perfectly working heater. The breakfast spread is good. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The receptionist/front desk worker is nice and really helpful. Despite my initial challenge with the room, I would stay here again for my next trip."

Overall, this is a well-equipped, service-oriented, and high-value business hotel, suitable for transit or short stays."

There were so many books littered all over the room ❤️ the room service and kitchen was pleasantly hospitable and helpful, especially Iladya, who saw us off to the train station. "The room is nice, classic looking old school style. Breakfast was amazing and so much variety of food and vegetables. Note to hotel management, If the television must be on during breakfast, it should be on lower volume or soft music instead. There are sound coming from everywhere such as kids screaming, everyone using their own devices to watch whatever - some people prefer relaxing morning during breakfast time. Parking is not at the front of the hotel. You can drop off your belongings first then park and walk back to the hotel. Valet parking service is also available."
