"The hotel room was spacious with safe and good air con. Nice pool area with incredible views across the harbour and across to the town centre. Excellent breakfast and adequate buffet style evening meal for those on full board. Staff very friendly and helpful - providing bottle opener and sewing kit in hour of need. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from main square. Drinks in hotel bar expensive as expected."

"The welcome at reception was great and we had high hopes for our stay at Aminess Port 9 but ultimately came away thinking this hotel was decidedly average.  After checking in we headed straight to the pool and soon realised why it wasn’t busier - it was freezing! We had booked half board, breakfast and dinner were fine with lots of options but the coffee wasn’t great and no fresh juice.  It would have been nice to have tap water offered with dinner.  My son particularly enjoyed the multimedia room but it was only open from 1-7pm."

"Good location, Very nice view on the old town. The place has this generic hotel design you find everywhere. But for a short stopover it‘s a good choice."

"The apartment was so tiny that nobody can move around , facilities like pools, beaches ...etc was fine. The tiny apartment was suitable for a couples only. not for three adults. The resort is far from restaurants and the old town where all the activities happening."

"Some of the staff especially on the reception/restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Rooms were basic and didn’t even have a toaster (self catering). To eat in the restaurant was very expensive €20 for breakfast €35 for dinner which was buffet style and again just average, we only used twice. The was a supermarket across the road from the resort. There are no cafes or restaurants to get breakfast nearby (other than the restaurant onsite mentioned above) and the couple of paying restaurants onsite didn’t open until 10am and closed at 4-5pm. So nowhere to eat unless you used the overpriced restaurant onsite. Also had to pay to use the sun loungers €8 per day which works out expensive for a family. You can go on some decent trips from the resort water taxis are brilliant to get to the old town etc….and are very frequent but stop at 5pm. You can get to the old town which is worth a visit. I would definitely return but not to this resort unfortunately"

"Private room with ensuite. Good wifi, comfortable bed. Aircon. It's right in the old/walled town so super handy for wandering around. Lovely host was there to meet me on arrival. For simple accomodation this is a great place right in the heart of the old town"
