"Just the best hotel in the city. Beautiful location - on the river bank, next to the bus station. Clean, good wifi, comfortable bed, quiet. The price is adequate. Being in Costanay, I try to settle here. Even the luxury would be added on the tripcom - it would be quite good. Minus - breakfast starts late, at 8 a.m."

"The hotel is in a remote location, the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible, and the "clean room" sign on the doorknob is just for show. Even if you tell the front desk to clean the room, they might not actually do it. Also, don't do laundry at this hotel. Other hotels charge 2,000 to 4,000 tenge for laundry, but this one charged me 13,000 tenge *_*. Was it a dry cleaner?"
