"I was in this 3 star hotel in India for a few days and was very satisfied overall. Really good for the category - especially if you don't pay too much attention to every detail. I had my own little house that was clean and cozy, so I felt completely comfortable. The pool did not particularly appeal to me personally - it was more functional than cozy. However, what really surprised me positively were the people on site: very friendly, helpful and authentic. I would especially like to highlight the restaurant manager Renjith. His service was outstanding – always accommodating, attentive and cordial. The food was consistently good, and the Panchakarma cure was at its best - professionally carried out and very soothing. Overall a pleasant stay with a great price-performance ratio."

"We are so glad we stayed here. It was like an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resort. You can take a short Tuktuk ride to the shopping. The food was excellent. The service was spectacular. Be sure to take some Ayurvedic treatments. The effects have lasted for several weeks after my return. Pushpa, one of the therapists, is amazing. Dr Gowtham recommended massage and treatment appropriate for my needs. Be sure to allow time to relax and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. There are nice walking paths all around the area and ***** the sea. I left India feeling refreshed, renewed and in touch, thanks to this special Ayurvedic resort."

"Reading some of these reviews leaves me wondering what people expect for how little they’re paying to stay at this charming hotel. We had a fantastic seven nights at Ocean Bay and were made to feel extremely welcome and even more comfortable. We had the best room on the top floor (404) - a corner room with wonderful views over the coconut grove. We asked for a fridge - and were promptly given one. We asked for extra mattresses - and were promptly given them. We asked for a room we could freshen up in as we had a late airport pickup on the day we checked out - and were promptly given a late checkout. The staff couldn’t have done more to be more accommodating. Breakfast was delicious - not much variety - but tasty all the same. The laundry service was excellent and they were only too happy to arrange a private taxi for a day trip and for a very reasonable rate. The hotel is located at the back of the beach - not a five minute walk - and was lovely and quiet at night. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can highly recommend it for the more budget-conscious traveler."

"I had a really nice stay at Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa Kovalam with my family. The resort is beautiful, full of greenery, and very close to Kovalam Beach, which was clean and great for family. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable, though it took a bit of time to walk there. The staff were very friendly and helpful thanks to Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Dhiraj. The food at Bait was very tasty, with authentic flavors, and the ocean view made it even better, and special thanks to Chef Harish Rawat for taking such good care of us. One thing I really liked was their quick and thoughtful service, when I asked for a sanitary pad, they gave me a good quality one in a neat cover right away. Taj really knows who to treat their guest emergency. We also enjoyed the infinity pool, spa, and the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a relaxing and happy experience. I would definitely recommend this resort for a calm and enjoyable holiday."

"The hotel has a great location, we took a room in the main building. Beautiful and well-kept grounds, the staff is friendly, they were always interested in our wishes. The pool is small, but the rooms with a view of the garden and the club rooms have their own pools, so there were few people, you could easily sit on the sun loungers. I didn't like the intrusive taxi drivers at the entrance to the hotel. We called an Uber, but they didn't let the driver pick us up! We had to go up a little higher (towards the Gokolam hotel) and only there we were able to get into the car. Very unpleasant, and for a hotel of this class it is not clear why they allow a taxi stand, we felt unsafe! Keep in mind that if you use an Uber, the driver will not be able to enter the hotel grounds or even the gate, you need to go higher up the road, only there you can get into the car, bypassing this mafia of taxi drivers."

"A wonderful stay and treatments at Stay Well which really lives up to its name! I had 10 days stay, Ayurvedic massages and a brilliant time. The room was great in every way, very clean amd comfortable and a beautiful view. Dr Hari & Harishma were both so kind and attentive, as were Karthik and Sudhi. The treatments by the lovely Anu & Kala were professional and good quality. I don’t remember the name of the young guy who cleaned the room but he excelled! I felt extremely well looked after, like one of the family and have come away feeling GREAT! Hopefully to return 🤩🙏"
