"First of all, this hotel is not located in Krishnagiri….This hotel is located in Shoolagiri….From the outside this hotel looks to be decent….There is parking….But as soon as you check-in you realise the service is pathetic….The front office staff ( Suresh ) is extremely rude….The hotel does not help senior citizens to get the luggage to the rooms….very bad staffs….the rooms are not maintained well….very dirty…air condition not working properly….please avoid this hotel….cannot be termed as even as a 1 star hotel…."

"Positive: The property is large and well-maintained, with plans for many indoor activities and rides similar to VGP. Rooms are neat and clean. Negative: Unfortunately, there is no proper hospitality or ambience. No one is available to guide guests. Unless you’ve read reviews or explored the website, you’ll feel completely lost. Food orders take nearly 2 hours with multiple follow-ups. Most staff are unfriendly and unresponsive, except for one or two. I visited recently with my family and a young child, expecting relaxation and fun after seeing the website and Instagram reviews. But honestly, I wanted to check out quickly due to the poor service and atmosphere. Since I had already paid, I stayed quiet. There is no customer care or effective way to raise complaints. Wifi wasn’t working on the first day either. A huge property alone won’t bring people back, but good staff and proper service will. Don’t rely on Instagram reels; visit only if you are prepared for disappointment."
