It was not the best of hotel stays but also not the worst. Hotel should correctly reflect itself as a 3-star family-friendly motel. The reception looks understaffed with only 1 or 2 person (max) attending to the holiday season crowd. Room was cozy but the cupboards, carpet and other furniture do not look like they have been well kept, maintained or refurbished. Windows and curtains not well kept. The television network and resolution was very bad and made it almost impossible to enjoy a proper show or movie. Even the hotel e-menu shown through the TV was not clear. The hotel buffet was underwhelming as it only served vegetarian menu for breakfast. The restaurant also had posters of somewhat motivational quotes of public figures as well as a video of the hotel owner advocating for guests to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle. We ate what we could but the experience was not an enjoyable one. The only plus point about the hotel is that it is located conveniently within the same vicinity as Berjaya Times Square Mall and its indoor theme park. Also conveniently located near to shopping districts of Bukit Bintang and a short train or Grab ride to KLCC. Overall, a decent hotel for those who are not picky.

The hotel provided exceptional service and maintained impeccable cleanliness standards throughout my stay. The quality of service and cleanliness was truly remarkable. However, one aspect that requires improvement is the air conditioning system. The air conditioning units were not functioning effectively, resulting in uncomfortably high temperatures at times. This issue could be addressed to enhance guest comfort. While it may be an eco friendly initiative, it did not provide optimal comfort for guests.

The hotel is very centrally located , that s amazing for shopping , but quite busy around The stuff is very friendly , helpful and kind , trying to make you feeling most comfortable . The ambience is more calm and c relaxing. Unfortunately to use the TV is very complicated , hence I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when I wanted to swim at 8.30 am . Atm there is construction work going on . All in all a 4.6 stay / 5 ( I’m experienced traveler)

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

3rd time staying in Ramada after South Korea. And because of its location and cleanliness we extended the room for 2 more days. Location is very near to Bukit Bintang which is a tourist's hub. Shopping and eateries are at a walking distance. I wish the room was more nicely clean and hotel management will do more about it. Staff is good. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay. There is one Indian restaurant just downstairs (outside the hotel at 10metres) from where you can order your food even at 12midnight.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

We stayed in Marilyn Monroe theme suite for a night. The room comes with open concept bathroom (with sexy bathtub) & equipped with safety box too. The hotel is strategically located within city centre, 10 mins walking distance to Berjaya Times Square; with designated car park for hotel guest beside the alley. Breakfast is ok with variety of selection & menu to choose from. Unfortunately, the male concierge staff onduty that day seems not really friendly (first impression gone), staffs who are working in hotel restaurant are attentive & friendly though. The hotel seems a little under maintenance for the room we're staying in; torn wallpaper, loose sanitary fitting, loose window handle & poor quality bedsheets. Not to mentioned poor wall partition, we can literally listen to conversation next to our room; hotel guests banging door & walking along the corridor at midnight. Overall it was a fun experience for us, with its location, breakfast portion & equipped bathtub in the themed room, really great values of money!!

The location isn’t as walkable as I hoped but isnt too far some some decent shopping centres or the popular food area by grab. The rooftop is nice but smaller than the photos make it out to be. The bed is the least comfortable aspect but the room views and rooftop are the redeeming qualities.

The view at the rooftop was amazing but the gym AC wasn’t functioning. Only complaint is the towels provided. I noticed a yellow stain on the towel and the towel quite small and thin.
