We arrived at 2am at Kunming Changshui Airport and driver had already sent me a WeChat msg asking to let him know after we collected our baggage. For travelers visiting Kunming for the first time, it’s best to let hotel know in advance that you need airport pickup one day in advance. We did that and it was seamless for us. The check-in was fast and the room was clean and quiet. It is common that guests could smoke in the rooms and this is something we are not quite used to. Overall, I’ll still give a big thumbs up for those considering to try out this hotel!

Free airport shuttle service, very convenient. The hotel is beautifully decorated and luxurious. All the receptionists are friendly and provide excellent service. They also helped me carry the luggage from the car to the room. The shower soap and hand soap smell great. The room is very clean, new, beautiful, high-tech. You can use voice commands to turn on and off the lights, air conditioner, and curtains.

Really nothing much around this area. Luckily still got some shops for food. A good location for early or late flight purposes if not this area is a bit far to town. 15 mins Drive to airport.
Quiet area. Surrounding still under development. The room is huge and high tech. Got washer and dryer room. All toiletries provided. Got mini fridge too.
Comfortable stay.

It was amazing staying in the hotel, the only problem is language, otherwise thanks to google translation and the hotel hospitality to help my stay better, help fetching my friend at airport too. Very nice and comfortable stay, location far from others, but nearby airport and the room was super nice!

The staffs were very nice, although they dont speak english but we communicate through wechat to arrange the airport pick up. The room is spacious and very clean. Bed is cozy, location is around 15mins ride from airport.

Definitely worth the stay! The airport transfer was great even at 3am in the morning. It was luxurious and honestly surprised with the Smart items inside honestly wouldn’t mind staying here for long too!
