It was my first time staying in this hotel for 5 nights. 20 to 25th August 2024.
Every time I come to Kunming I stay at Sofitel Hotel but I will change my mind in future.
I was pleasantly surprised that the this hotel service was very good.
1, warm welcome from the front desk receptionist, quick check-in and check-out.
2, the room staff is professional and smiling.
3. The warm service of the restaurant staff. @Amazingly, the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and lunch, which are very rich and nutritious.
All hotel staff are very warm every day,makes me feel at home.
I’m sure I will choice again this hotel when I have business trip in Kunming.
