The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime."

There’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view of Kutaisi, especially beautiful in the evening. The hotel also has a cozy garden where you can relax after sightseeing and a spacious parking area, which is very convenient for travelers with cars. The atmosphere is warm and homely, everything is clean and comfortable. Truly the best hotel in Kutaisi — we’ll definitely be coming back again! 🌸"

The owner welcomed us even though we arrived earlier than expected and kindly offered us a treat as we were all tired. She prepared our rooms immediately so we could check in. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and the possibility to use a sauna. Everything is very clean, and the staff are always available and helpful. It’s also in a great location, close to the cathedral."

The small yard is well kept, and the boss and wife are very enthusiastic. However, the old man may drink a little more often, but he is indeed warm and at home, in line with the experience of a B&B. If you can't find it when you arrive, just ask someone with a picture. There is an error of about 100 meters between the positioning and Google Maps. Almost everyone in the surrounding area knows the old man. It is suitable for a layover or a two-night stay. There is no commercial atmosphere at all, and the human touch is still very good😀"
