"This is my first time to go to beach in Ilocos and I will do it again! Isla Bonita is such a lovely place to relax and the food and service is excellent. The only thing I would say that turns me off is the entrance to parking is quite too narrow and I was the one who recommend it to my friend and her husband but my room.was too far from the beach and theirs was nearer. Im quite lazy to walk.. but its just me. I really enjoyed our stay in there."

"Our stay was very good. The house is clean and complete. Amenities are all working. Rooms are comfy and nice. Air conditioning works really well. Location is front of the beach which is a great plus. The owner was very accomodating and very approachable. We did not encounter any problem. The owner is even suggesting some options for us and for our travel and needs. She is quick to reply to any of our queries. Very helpful with our needs including having us serviced by their car from and to of our destination (Spartan event). I would recommend this place very much. Exceeded my expectations. Really worth the pay and they went up and beyond. Thank you so much Ma’am Isabelle and Sir Erwin!"

"place was decent for the promo price. however, the front desk lady made comments about me traveling alone and staying in a room for 4 pax. she also suggested for me to “bring home” companies instead. the comment was rather unnecessary and it made me uncomfortable. some parts of the hotel floors were always wet and i have not seen one staff wiping them dry or putting a wet floor sign."

"You are paying European prices for the food that is distinctly average. Whilst the setting is lovely the food is very expensive and very ordinary . The portions were modest, the meat was rubbery and vegetables seemed like they came straight out of the freezer. We ordered a pizza, two drinks and two small platers and we ended up paying over 2200 PH (which in Euro is around 37Euro!)"

"Customer service is not good. We went there and it's raining. I booked 3 ocean view 1 standard room and 1 suite at price of 105k php. We requested an umbrella and given 5 only for 23 guests, and we lost one umbrella as the numbering is not according to room number, I guest some guests took our umbrella when we were eating at the restaurant as it was raining, in the end we paid 500php as if we are gonna steal it. Anyway customer service is bad, toilet are also not that clean the suite does not fit the price it's outdated."

"Location 180 is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very minimalistic and has a nice cozy garden which allows for nice quiet mornings. It's a basic room with a private toilet and bath and it is kept very clean. Our host, Jeff, was very accommodating and friendly and was very easy to deal with. I'd say its good value for money."
