The hotel is very clean, the toilet is large, the room facilities are complete, and the front desk staff is very enthusiastic. The laundry room cannot be used after 9 o'clock, but the front desk staff opened the door for me. I was very touched.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room on the fourth floor. The room was super big and the heating was sufficient, which was very warm on winter nights. There were several Chinese waiters in the hotel, so communication was barrier-free. I booked a one-night stay and two-meals package, and the breakfast and dinner were very good.

We had a wonderful stay at the Shuzenji onsen Katsuragawa.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect.

This was my first time trying a Japanese bathhouse, and I loved it! We stayed in a larger room for four people; the adults slept on the beds, and the kids slept on the tatami mats. Dinner was amazing—a semi-buffet with crab legs, yakiniku (grilled pork), sukiyaki, and various kinds of sake. Then we happily soaked in the hot spring. We checked in on a Saturday and didn't meet a single other Chinese person; it was all local Japanese tourists. Highly recommended! Great value for money!

The traditional Japanese-style rooms are spacious and comfortable, with comprehensive amenities, including a private hot spring bath and luxurious massage chairs. The restaurant serves a semi-kaiseki style. While there's no room service, it's still a comfortable setting. Breakfast and dinner are elegant and sophisticated. While transportation to the hotel is a bit inconvenient, requiring a bus ride, the hotel is otherwise excellent, offering a relaxing retreat. The town also has some excellent dessert shops and restaurants.

유유즈니 TRIPI was very satisfied with this Shizuoka accommodation. There weren't many reviews, so I was worried and made a reservation. I was very satisfied and would like to visit again next time! It was nice to be able to feel like I was in a Japanese countryside village.

CCHENTAIThe best thing about Japanese hotels is the authenticity of the information of the house. I hope that the businessmen in the motherland will learn, which will give people a very real good feeling. The room in this hotel is written as a mountain view room. Once in the room, the window is really open town and field, and the mountains in the distance are stacked and beautiful. The layout of the room is exquisite and beautiful, and the surrounding scenery is very harmonious. The waiters are older but radiant grandfathers and grandmothers. They are very meticulous and careful to introduce us to various precautions. They made an appointment at night for a private hot spring. On the second morning, they prepared a delicate breakfast. It rained outside when they left. The grandpa of the hotel drove us to the subway station. The overall feeling was comfortable and relaxed, which was also the impression left by the entire Izu Peninsula.

Facilities: The private rock onsen in the room was spacious and beautiful, and the hot spring bath even had certifications on display, which was a nice touch.
Environment: The grounds are vast and very picturesque, with top-notch landscape design.
Food: Both breakfast and dinner were served in our room. The server meticulously arranged everything and explained each dish. The staff even emailed ahead of time to ask about any food allergies, which was very thoughtful.
Transportation: There's a shuttle bus service available by reservation. I booked mine via email.

GGuest UserThe room was quite large, but there were few charging points. The public onsen was charged 150 yen, regardless of whether or not to use it. We didn't ask because we couldn't speak the language. The breakfast wasn't to my liking; it was incredibly unpalatable. The hotel was able to help with taxis, costing 2,200 yen per person. It felt like the village was deserted. This is Central Izu. I booked the wrong place. We only visited Panorama Park, which wasn't much else. We also didn't visit the restored temple.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It is situated adjacent to an old mining pit and features two open-air hot springs, both of which are exceptionally clean and inviting. The hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast and dinner, with all dishes being remarkably fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a secluded getaway to enjoy hot springs and relaxation.

GGuest UserThe hotel's meals are very bad. The dinner is served together. The tempura is cold and soft. It is super unpalatable. There is no fish for dinner.
Breakfast is not good, the meal is less, and some pregnant women are not suitable for eating.
I communicated with the restaurant staff that the pregnant women who were traveling with me could not eat hot spring eggs. I wanted to change them to scrambled eggs. I was rejected by the young female staff of the restaurant. I felt very uncomfortable.
The hotel has been renovated and the facilities are good. A male employee was very helpful when checking in. We communicated that we are non-Japanese and will not make a tatami bed and help make a bed.
