I booked the room for our retired colleague. He was so happy with the service given by the hotel staff. The staff also were so kind that they helped me to like doing small decorations to celebrate my him. The hotel is closed to Pantai Tengah beach. The sunset was beautiful during the stay. The infinity pool was even better.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Langkawi, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Whether we were heading to the local restaurant, beach, or cultural sites, everything was just a short drive away, which was ideal for all of us.

A paradise in the rainforest. Absolutely loved the hospitality. The location accessibility ans services were amazing. Just a few more points to include the wifi was intermittent and TV was quite an old one with no options. Could have upgraded them and given options for guests to connect through their devices. Also USB plugs for charging could be better as we had trouble charging our phones. But apart from these it is an amazing place a would love to visit them again. I like the food for breakfast. The buffet spread is good. The room is very spacious. However there are 2 mirrors in the toilet but no mirror outside toilet. So everytime i got to go to the toilet just to get ready. I dont like the idea of the wardrobe in the toilet. The window blind in the toilet is redundant. I wish the window in the toilet is covered totally so that we dont have to worry anyone peeping when we take shower. The shower area is quite dark. There should be light at the shower area. The whole resort is beautiful and feels relaxing. I hope the management can do something about the mirror, window in toilet and the light in shower area. Thank you. By the way, i gave feedback on a piece of paper and gave it to reception when I checkout.

Had the best stay of our lives right here at Ritz Carlton! The entry level room is huge! We love everything about the room! The bathtub is absolutely huge. His and her sinks. Huge shower area as well. The resort itself is huge. Every restaurant is situated at its own building. Buggy services are available around the clock. Though wait time varies. The service from everybody is excellent. You will feel well taken care of. There is also ample privacy especially if you get their villa. Would definitely love to come back here again!

I recently stayed at The Westin Langkawi, and it was an incredible experience. Situated right by the beach, the hotel offers breathtaking views that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The property is expansive and well-maintained, with a focus on sustainability, including their own organic farming for fresh produce. The breakfast spread was extensive and catered to a wide range of tastes, ensuring a delightful start to the day. While Indian food was available, the options were somewhat limited. However, the quality of the food overall was excellent. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made sure all our needs were met. I would highly recommend The Westin Langkawi for anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful beachside getaway. My Room was Garden View

I recently stayed at Dayang Bay Resort Langkawi and it was a wonderful experience! The resort offered a perfect blend of comfort and relaxation. The room was exceptionally spacious, providing plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring Langkawi. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spacious, facing the garden and had its own jakuzzi. The service was excellent with big pool for kids and family. Good spread of local & continental breakfast. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and stay

For the price paid, the value wasn't as aligned. The resort is considered quite new but just only a few years, the sink is already cracked, the door of the toilet is already not working well.. it's not well maintained. Rooms are very small and no view at all.. luckily they noticed my comment on wanting a room that is away from the loud music at the pool side.. we got the corner room. The sound proofing is very bad as well.. we can hear practically everything from outside.. we have neighbours that is coming in and out of the room all night and we keep hearing talking, baby crying, door opening and closing.. all night till late.. quite annoying. No cup for brushing teeth.. the only beautiful part is the pool but facilities are not well maintained as well.
