The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Lavagna and from the beach, and the neighbouring town of Chiavari is also within easy walking distance. I loved that we didn’t need to hire a car — it’s easy to explore other coastal towns by train, which stops in Lavagna, a 10-minute walk from the hotel."
