The hotel is located on the edge of a quick road and a round point, so it is quite noisy. The litter is comfortable, the room is a little small and the bathroom is right. Breakfast is right but the room is small.

I stayed there all weeks, 4 nights, and all overall it was all right, but the shower apple desolidarized and the lights were regularly climbing with the electrical sounds that accompanied me.

The room was a little sparse but with a refrigerator and kitchenette, so effective as it has a small balcony and air conditioning !! If you want to spend 15 days at *********s in a romantic and mouthful place, The hotel is not the best placed, but I recommend for the price and gentleness and the reception of the hostess that took our reservation.

We had overall a good stay at the hotel. I would say that I was prepared to the experience as I have had thoroughly read previous critics. We were there with our two children and grand parents for one week: Pros: - locations - indoor pool - lagoon - outdoors - mini golf - connected rooms for family - family atmosphere - gala dinner Cons: - outdated bathrooms- and we tested 3 of them due to room changes because of overbooking ☺️ (I hope they will budget to refurbish the bathrooms as we had really bad smells and the showers were malfunctioning + intermittent cold hot water) - evening buffet could be improved - no attention to details: not super tidy, do not clean tables at the bar - rental bikes not well managed.. we could rent bikes luckily, but half of the parks were flat … was told that it was managed by a third provider… well as a customer, I don’t care who manages it .. if it is advertised it should be managed properly Overall we had a good time, but we will come back when the bathrooms will be redone. And would be great if it could be a bit cleaner.

Started off abit rocky because the hotel gave us a horrible room to begin with. After speaking with them and informing them that I wasn’t happy. They changed our room and gave us something more family friendly. Beach was amazing and so were the pool staff’ really friendly. But the highlight for us was the kids club! And MARWA. She was amazing with the children they loved her’ I felt so at ease going out and enjoying my spa and shopping knowing that they were in safe and accommodating hands. Marwa was the highlight of my trip. Everyone with children knows what it’s like, and sometimes you just need some time to unwind and she enabled this for us. Thank you Tunisia. And thank you Bel Azur.

So very glad we chose to stay here on our travels between M****ille and Saint Tropez. Picked Hyeres at random and this hotel based on reviews. Beautiful property with easy convenient parking. We were greeted courteously and assisted professionally. Our room was top notch. More spacious than others we encountered and it was well furnished. We were lucky to get a very large (like huge-bigger than my living room at home) outdoor sitting area. It was awesome. We had breakfast delivered and sat outside for a wonderful start to our day. The ****** was a bonus. We played live blackjack with a very patient dealer. We let him know we were not experienced so he slowed the game at first as we we were the only players at the table. As more folks arrived the game sped up. Dinner was superb. The Chef is very talented and his sous chefs are very active. We has an excellent view of the kitchen and were entertained watching them work. The food was terrific. We had the flowered zucchini, salmon, and pasta with truffles. Highly recommend.

Good welcome - right room (a little noisy water heating) - restaurant to flee = cheap, stomach pain all night - the wine in a wine area at + €10 was of the pitch. The only menu at the right price too restrictive to find it
