"The Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order. There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time. The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality. If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return."

"Lotus Blu is close to several Malls and a good central location. The hotel is nice and clean. We had a Queen room which was good, a nice shower, but very small towels. Breakfast was ok, a reasonable choice based around Filipino food, however the hot food was often cold. Great Chef who will make you an omelette. We checked in very late and ended up having the room opposite the lifts and Housekeeping, so a bit of noise. Overall a good experience for the price."

"I booked this room for members of my family, in your avdverting for the property. it said the room had a desk , but when my family arrived there was no desk, and the room was absolutely filthy, so my family had to pay for an up grade to a better room , but also on arrival ,that room was also dirty and covered in dust, so iam i happy with that place, absolutely not, i certainly wont be using that hotel again m.sowden"

"The worse place and awful management who does NOT respond to any messages via your booking rep. or even regular e-mails linked to this hotel; he TRULY does NOT care at all and on top, my reservations of 9 days was not respected at all even if I booked on line months ago, it's almost like a scam business. In that case arriving at 3:30 AM in Delhi with a taxi that brought me to the hotel, he refused to admit me to his establishment and told me to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. :( He never made any attempt to contact me to even let me know ahead f time that he would not recognized my reservations. Now, I just have to check with VISA as he had all my credit card INFO and he better NOT have charged me anything. What a deception, in all my years of travel, over 50; I have never felt left alone like this! :("

"Other than the fact that the accommodations are clean, there's nothing much... It seems too shabby to be called a hotel... There aren't many elevators, but it's a bit of a hassle to move your luggage up the stairs, and the hotel only has fans running, so it's very hot... Even though I made a reservation, the counter staff wandered around for a while... They even gave me the wrong bed..."
