"We had the most delightful stay at Skyes House, Helen and Graeme are wonderful hosts, so friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom was warm and cosy, the bed was very comfortable, being December Helen had done a kind touch by putting a christmas tree in our room. Breakfast had a very good choice, cooked to perfection, particularly the porridge!! It was such a bonus having the use of the kitchen in the breakfast room. December is a lovely time of year to visit Askrigg, the church opposite looks beautiful at night, and the christmas tree exhibition in the church was magical. We look forward to staying again."

Location is perfect for exploring the Dales and a short drive from the busy Hawes. Bainbridge is a charming village with walks and drives in every direction. It has a garage selling newspapers, milk etc and the pub is cosy and welcoming."

"What an incredible find! We stayed this weekend with a group of friends and couldn't have asked for anymore. The house was spotless upon arrival, Penny took us round and showed us all the facilities which were amazing! You didn't need for anything - from a fully stocked pantry and kitchen to the bar full of every glass and utensil you would need (including a wine fridge!). The bedrooms are gorgeous, comfy beds, beautiful decor and amazing en suites in every room. The views and surrounding area are stunning, making it a perfect place to meet with friends. What a place! Every person who stayed have said they want to return as soon as possible, I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Leyburn and enjoy time with family or friends. Thank you Penny & Henry!"

"What a stunning place! Our first time glamping and 100% recommend. Stayed for our first wedding anniversary and was a balloon and bottle of Prosecco on arrival - lovely! The pods are brilliant, cosy and clean with everything you need The views are just stunning from the pods and all around the village. Everyone very friendly. Little visit from the host on our first day to check we had everything we needed Welcome pack and information is a good touch, we visited the Aysgarth falls, Redmire Falls and the Redmire Village Pub - all amazing We walked all around the farm and down by the river, some amazing walks and views with lots of animals around Hawstone lager is 👌🏻 and a little discount for food at the pub too when staying at Wensleydale We will definitely be back! Such an incredible place Thank you!! 😍"
