"The parking was full on the day we arrived, the staff asked us to park nearby which also almost full as well. It's pretty inconvenient. The room is good, the bed is a bit too soft for me."

"We only went to the terrace restaurant for lunch in the afternoon. The waiter took over fifteen minutes to attend to us and take our order. I got the feeling that we weren't welcome to the terrace restaurant. The meals were good but average. When I requested the invoice for payment. The waiter told me that he was having a break. It took over twenty minutes for the waiter to attend to us to pay for our meal. Even though he attended guests at the table next to us. The location is fantastic. The actual hotel looks great. But I won't be returning to the restaurant again. This was my first visit to Lindau. The service provided at the restaurant wasn't inspiring. Next time I will go elsewhere. Where to staff are happy to serve you."

"A very positive experience. The hotel is located in a very quite area in Lindau, however close to the island. It keeps what mentioned on their web pages: room is nice and well equipped, bathroom is ok with a large shower, breakfast is plentiful and rich of sweets and savory, with fresh fruits that are different every day. To see it's more a house than a hotel, and this makes a positive difference in my opinion, because it makes you feel almost at home. And breakfast in the veranda is a great way to start the day. I definitely recommend it."

Service is outstanding: friendly, attentive, always smiling, and truly passionate about what they do. You don’t just stay here, you enjoy being here. One of those places that raises the bar and makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. Absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended."

The choice is: window open: fresh air, but not sleep due to the rush or window close: no rush, but not sleeping due to the lack of fresh air. The friendly young man at the reception desk should not rattle off all the information at once, but rather answer the essentials and other questions. We had a good breakfast. The furnishings are functional, but the hotel lacks soul."

"We booked a junior suite which featured appalling furnishings from the 70’s. No air conditioning! No tea coffee making facilities. Nothing in the frigobar. A lone bottle of mineral water with a card written Free round it’s neck. Not really true as we had spent 650 for room and half board! Good bed! Good linens. Nicely modernised bathroom. Dinner and breakfast adeguate. Spa and swimming pools horrendously old fashioned. Not for one moment worth your money!"
