"My wife and I stayed at the Ixora from the 7th to 10th April 2025. It was evident this is quite a new hotel. The decor was in excellent condition and it had a definite touch of class. Comfortable room with everything you could expect. We had breakfast every day, but make sure to book and pay the previous day, which is £12.00. Otherwise the price is £15 something. Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. A very enjoyable break away, visiting the local attractions."

The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. "It's located near the railway station. It takes just 5minutes. It was very helpful for us to travel Northern Wales by train. Overall, I appreciate this hotel, but the drawback is that we can't leave our luggage when we arrive earlier check-in time."

"A return visit, this time bringing my family to climb snowdon and use it as a base camp to explore. This is no run of the mill hostel, from the facilities, the information, the incredible staff and the location. This is so much more. Almost didn’t want to do a review to keep it a hidden gem but sharing the love for anyone looking to stay in the area! Nothing else will come close im sure of it!
