"We stayed in room 310. Once we entered we found several defects, including the wallpaper on one of the walls that was peeling and had mold on it. We went down to speak to reception and they told us that the hotel was full and that we should discuss the problem with reception again the next morning to find a solution. The next morning we discussed the problem and they told us they would speak to the manager. We never received a response from the establishment or compensation for the incident. I do not recommend this hotel, it is poorly maintained and they do not solve your problems."

"Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. I stayed here four nights. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff."

"Very disappointed with this Hotel, thinking of a 4 star hotel would have and I got only small towels, no complimentary water in the room, no kettle (teas or coffee), Spa not included in the hotel price, no room service or hotel restaurant menu for dinner and the bar opens at 5pm… It felt I stayed in 1 star hotel for these days… I will not be back again"

"Reservation made for a double room, we found ourselves in a crappy twin room, being told that the hotel was full (while the next day another employee told us that it was not full). I said a rotten room, just renovated in a hurry to hide the misery that was nevertheless very present, with furniture dating from Methuselah. The view out the window, absolutely magnificent: No view, but a wall. Oh yes, also an oil tank on the side and piping. In short, a real prison room. Impossible to sleep because of no sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway and in the 3 closest bedrooms. We live to the rhythm of slamming doors, running water and bars of soap falling into neighboring showers that make you jump. As incredible as it may seem, there is no power outlet in the room. Only 1 in the bathroom. When asking at reception, we were told that all of them are like that. I can't believe it. And we also say that we don't have any power strips or extension cords to lend us. A light globe on the bedroom ceiling with around fifty dead flies in it. In the morning when we left we of course didn't say anything (because it would have been useless) and strangely also the receptionist didn't ask us how the night had gone. Parking is certainly free, but along the road, and when there is no space (which is always the case when arriving late) it is in a public car park about a hundred meters away. For the deposit, no prepayment authorization was made on a bank card, the receptionist simply took down the numbers of my bank card. How much would she have been able to withdraw without the customer being informed and what means of recourse in the event of a problem? This is why this practice is illegal (in France)."

"We stayed for 5 nights in Dec 2023 and we enjoyed it so much! The room is clean and spacious enough to have 2 large suitcases opened. Loved the design of the bathroom, very practical and well ventilated. The inside of the building is warm at all times. Also lots of facilities to use in the hotel, we tried the sauna, spa, message and played bowling. Definitely going to stay here again when we go skiing in Arinsal"

"We stayed at The Palarine Hotel Andorra for two weeks, over Christmas and New Year. They certainly know how to celebrate and enjoy both. Our experience was more than we could have expected. Graham and Maria are fantastic hosts. The staff are extremely helpful and have lots of skills. Magic man was incredible. Warm welcoming hospitable engaging caring conversational and sooo much more are words we would use to describe our thoughts. We could see why so many people return time after time . The food is phenomenal with a variety of meals every night, if the Chinese is like what we were fortunate to experience in the hotel, then know wonder why there were so many people pulling in to sit and lots for take outs. The roast is divine, Yorkshire puds are so fluffy and light. Having cauliflower cheese was the highlight too. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable with such beautiful views. Beds are very comfortable. Hot running water at all times so if you want to ski, cycle, run there is also comfort here. We were fortunate to spot deer from our room, both day and night. What a lucky experience. We sooo look forward to returning sometime soon."
