"The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and there is a large SPA with a pool, steam bath, dry sauna and jacuzzi. I recommend. There is space in the rooms and facilities, conference room, etc. The matress and pillows need a bit more comfort, maybe it is a good idea to order extra pillows."

"Hotel is lovely. Reception staff very helpful. We arrived on a early flight and decided to drop our bags at the hotel and return in the afternoon to check in, upon arrival we were told our room was in fact ready for us, which was great. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Bathroom good size and very clean, hand soap provided smelt lovely! Tram and bus stop directly outside of hotel. Shop next door too! Would say it was around a 20-25 min walk to main Piotrkowska Street, didn't appear to be much around the hotel in terms of bars and restaurants, but we are happy to walk and discover the area. Overall great stay. "

"I haven't even gone to bed and I'm disappointed. The apartment has a number of lights that won't turn on so it's pretty dark in the large living room, and it's very cold. When I called the reception to complain, the woman said everything must be in order because it was when they cleaner came earlier, and in any case she couldn't do anything now. She also insisted the apartment was at 18 degrees, which is the minimum legal temperature for hotel rooms (!). It was very cold, we sat in our coats. Finally I had the idea to turn on the oven and leave the door open, as a last resort to warm up a bit. (Also: the wifi is very spotty, and the outlets are ridiculously positioned above my height over the couch, nowhere near the table where one would want to work with a computer). This isn't what I expect for 250 PLN."

"I stopped by Łodz for a while, and it was a nice hotel. Just up there are manufaktura, a complex of abandoned factories, and the museum, and it was good to go down the road to the southeast."
