Ibis Budget Lorena ★★

"I booked for 02 people for two nights. trying to check in the hotel system did not find the second person, generating discomfort, and the manager's intervention was necessary. At the time of completion, it was said that the reservation was in room for people with special needs, which I rejected, because there was nothing on the site at the time of filling, that had such condition. You're tired after 8 hours of driving and you're still having to check in front of the attendant, as if you've done a "smartness" to be giving good and paying less, as did it not."

Ibis Lorena ★★★

"The price is more suitable, surrounded by shopping malls, shopping and eating are more convenient, there is a refrigerator in the room, no kettle is provided, toiletries only shampoo and soap, bath towels, the rest are not"
