"The check-in counter is a bit small, and you have to wait when there are many people. The room is very comfortable, and the TV has Netflix/YouTube. The bathroom is a bit awkward. It is easy to talk frankly with friends, but it is equipped with a full-length mirror, the decoration is comfortable, and the breakfast is rich. It is still worth recommending to stay here when you come to Lugo. It is worth mentioning that the soundproofing is good. Safe parking although prebook this as spaces limited, the place is filled with antiquities and knickknacks , pots outside filled with acre trees give a great garden feel in a enclosed space. Only downside was no kettle in room, but friendly owner happily filled my thermos for me to take to room."

"We had a reservation for an apartment from June 27th to 29th. We spent the day exploring the city and were offered password-protected check-in because we arrived after 11:00 PM. As of July 1st, I still haven't received the email with the passwords. They tried to open the apartment remotely, supposedly because we had a key card at reception, which also turned up. Finally, at 1:30 AM, with a four-year-old child in tow, an employee from the other hotel showed up to open the apartment for us. We asked the manager to contact us and are still waiting. There are many cheaper and better-managed options in Lugo."

Breakfast was included in our stay, and it had a variety of breakfast drinks and food items to choose from. Hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. We were walking the Camino de Santiago so we only stayed one night, but it was a lovely hotel and so was the town."

"The location was terrible. We had to drive through the side walk just to reach this hotel. The atmosphere was not hygienic, werid staff, crusty elevator, and no bell desk to pick up our bags. Don’t get me started on the rooms. We walked in to see a hole in the wall with cracks and paint toren off the wall. The room was very dirty with cheap items such as old phones and shower heads. The hotel offered a rooftop which was okay but honestly could have been better. The value was cheap for a ret In conclusion, do not stay here."
