"The hotel is just at the west exit of Maibara Station, a 2-minute walk away. Although the room is not big, it is spacious enough for two people. The toilet and bathroom are inside the room, and you can take a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast is provided, and the rice balls and soup are very delicious."

"I was delighted to stay in such a beautiful place with my two dogs. The overall environment was lovely and quiet, and the dogs had a wonderful time playing on the house's own dog run. Dinner and breakfast were prepared on-site by the staff; the ingredients were fresh, and the portions were generous—we were truly satisfied. However, while the overall experience was excellent, I have two small suggestions for improvement in service quality. 1️⃣ Regarding communication about check-in time: The hotel's check-in time is listed as 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, so arriving before 7:00 PM is considered normal. Being asked "approximately what time you will arrive" before check-in time felt a little rushed. Since the hotel has set a check-in time range, the food and beverage and reception departments could perhaps prepare accordingly in advance. 2️⃣ Regarding the check-out service: The staff were very welcoming upon check-in, proactively helping with luggage as soon as the car stopped, making a very good first impression. However, in contrast, there was almost no assistance during check-out. They didn't even ask if we needed help with our luggage. Because some rooms are quite far from the reception, I saw some elderly guests having to walk around with a lot of luggage to check out. Personally, I believe a truly excellent hotel is not only warm and welcoming during check-in, but also maintains the same meticulousness and attentiveness during check-out. The feeling guests have when they leave is often the final impression of their entire stay. The above is not intended to offend anyone; it simply represents my honest feelings during my stay. I sincerely hope the hotel will continue to improve its service details in the future, and not let such an excellent environment and facilities be affected by minor service shortcomings. Finally, I forgot some items when checking out. Thank you to the hotel for calling to inform me. I will definitely stay here again, and I hope you will take care of me then."

"Great accommodation choice at Oibuki Ski Resort! It's not too far from the city center and very convenient. There's parking available right outside if you're driving, so no worries. The hotel even helped return my forgotten hat! I'm so grateful! The onsen (hot spring bath) is also very relaxing! Overall, it's fantastic!"

"Very pleasant guest house on Nakasendo Old Road. Very quiet town, quiet and practically no tourists. Still around beauty, mountains and lots of tracking places. From the railway station to the guest house on foot 10-15, trains go often, it is very convenient, it is easy to get to neighboring cities more, to visit Sekigahara or Lake Biva. In the house very clean, atmospheric, many nice details of the interior. The common bathroom and toilet rooms are perfectly clean, everything was very comfortable. Big kitchen, dining room and living room for recreation. Beautiful zoning. The room is small but comfortable, everything is thought up to tiny things. For the local night lamp separate thank you! There is also a small garden, bicycle rental and laundry (washing + dry 300 ). The master speaks perfectly English. We arrived a little earlier than the settlement time, but no one was there, left the luggage in the parish and left for a walk because they could not call the left room. in the evening they returned and found a note with email, wrote, preparing for a long time to wait, But the owner arrived instantly and our things were waiting for us in the room. He personally showed us the device at home and offered tea. Thank you for the great time you spent here"

"The owner was very kind and it was a great place. For dinner and breakfast, I was very satisfied to be able to eat lots of fish caught in Lake Biwa, such as sweetfish and rainbow trout. I also had some delicious local sake. The futon was soft and I slept soundly. The bathroom is shared, but it was clean. Access is not a problem as it is within a 10-minute walk from the station, but there are no convenience stores nearby, so I recommend buying some food in advance."
