"I spent two nights at this hotel, in two different rooms. The first night was fine. However, the second was a terrible experience. The bathroom wasn't clean, the sink was clogged, and the soundproofing was awful. The door to the next room creaked every time it opened, waking me up three times during the night. I then couldn't get back to sleep. It's a shame, because that second night completely ruined my stay. I hope these problems will be addressed to improve the comfort of future guests."

"The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. However, the entire complex was dirty. Our room had a lot of mosquitoes and flies that I tried to get rid of with a towel. Then I saw traces left by previous guests who also struggled with the mosquitoes/flies. The bathroom was dirty. There were three of us, but we only had two bath towels in the room (a triple room). Since one was used for the mosquitoes, we were left with only one!"
