Overall, everything was good. However, I was very disappointed because I had specifically requested a room with a Kampung Morten view, but instead I was given a room overlooking the swimming pool, which was not very appealing and was quite noisy due to the children playing. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, checking in on a Friday. Given the length of my stay, I find it hard to believe that there wasn’t a room available that matched the request I had made in advance. What disappointed me the most was that I had also requested a simple decoration for our anniversary, but unfortunately, there was no decoration at all. This shows that the hotel was not attentive to the requests made by its guests. Overall, this experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I hope the management will take steps to improve their service and pay closer attention to guests’ requests in the future. Last but not least, I would also like to give special recognition to the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room. His service was exceptional, and I gladly gave him a tip because he worked with genuine care and dedication. He even asked me two or three times if there was anything else he could assist me with, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for the excellent service.

I arrived quite late, well past midnight, and the security guard helped me check in. He was very enthusiastic and professional. The hotel is also close to the night market, but it's not noisy at all.

This hotel is fantastic! I really loved the industrial-style decor. A special shout-out to the hotel restaurant – I arrived quite late and didn't want to bother with a taxi, so I ordered food in, and it was surprisingly delicious! The flavors were authentic, the presentation was excellent, and the price was reasonable. The room itself was clean, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The air conditioning was really powerful; I actually turned it off at night so I wouldn't catch a cold. It's only about a 3km taxi ride to Jonker Street, which is basically the minimum fare, and ordering a Grab was super quick and convenient. It's a shame I only stayed one night, as Malacca isn't that big and most people just do a day trip. If I ever get the chance, I'd love to stay here again for another night to really soak in the local culture.

Such a lovely hotel to stay, the room view is so pretty overlooking the Melaka river. The room is big and spacious. The breakfast buffet at the Oak restaurant is great. There is many variety to choose from.

Pros 👍 - Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of Malay, Western, and Nyonya dishes. - Great swimming pools, especially the kids' pool and the infinity pool for adults. - Spacious room with a large balcony and a lovely pool view. - Smooth and hassle-free check-in & check-out. - Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff. - Connected to a shopping mall. - Within walking distance to the Melaka River Cruise jetty. Cons 👎 - Room cleanliness could be improved. There was dust on the room floor and black mold around the bathroom edges. - Elevators are fine during off-peak hours but can be quite slow during busy periods due to the 40-storey building. - Access from the parking area and shopping mall to the room is a bit complicated as guests need to change elevators at the hotel lobby. Direct key card access would be much more convenient and secure. - The mall below the hotel has limited shopping options. Overall: We had an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider coming back. Hopefully, the hotel will improve the cleanliness and accessibility for an even better experience.

I stayed at The Apple Premier Suites Melaka for 3 days and 2 nights with my family in the Royal Three Bedroom Suite, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless (10/10 for cleanliness), very spacious, and perfect for a family stay. It came with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, Smart TV, and fast WiFi, making us feel at home throughout the trip. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, and children’s playground, which kept everyone entertained. The city view from the suite was beautiful, especially at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, and the location made it easy to travel to Melaka’s popular attractions by car or Grab. The only minor downside was that there wasn’t a convenience store within the building, so buying simple items like bread or snacks wasn’t as convenient, although the vending machines were helpful. Overall, this property offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Melaka.

Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². The hotel had just opened, and the room was incredibly spacious. There was plenty of room everywhere, and the balcony offered a lovely sea view. It was very relaxing to sit there in the morning. Our room's balcony faced directly towards the ”Encore Melaka” landmark. Breakfast was decent and quite varied. Downstairs, there were many food options and a supermarket, and getting a taxi to anywhere was convenient.

I love the swimming pool, can see overall view of malacca. The room was clean. Accommodating staffs. I did request for early check in. Mr Amm was so helpful and attentive, hearing I had a long journey to the hotel. He did tried his best to look for avaliable room for my early check in and also given us warm cookies to fill up our stomach. Once I had check in the hotel. Ur management stafff Fatin, Alif had been WhatsApp me concerning how were our stay. And if I need anything. I can contact them. The stay felt like you are not just stay in the hotel, but like a family. Having 2 days breakfast at your hotel, at the salads bar, there wasn't any pamesan cheese . So when I approached your staff for some pamesan. They really go out of thier way to bring me some. Thank you to all ur staffs for so helpful n thoughtfulness.

We had a really wonderful experience staying at The Sterling Boutique Hotel Melaka. From the moment we walked into the room, we were impressed by how clean and incredibly spacious it was. There was plenty of room to move around comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The absolute highlight of the stay, though, was the bed. It was super comfortable—providing the perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. Parking was also convenient . The hotel combines a great location with excellent comfort. If you are looking for a clean, relaxing, and spacious place to stay in Melaka, I highly recommend The Sterling. We will definitely be back!
