ZaoqidaiwangThe room wasn't huge, but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed, except for a TV. The hotel is very close to Jonker Street, so we even had time to do some last-minute shopping before checking out. When we left in the taxi, we encountered a Malay-speaking driver, and the hotel staff (a young guy) was incredibly helpful, assisting us with communication and resolving the issue!

This is my second stay here. We booked a deluxe double room and got a ground-floor room right behind the front desk. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either; there was still enough space to sit. There were plenty of outlets, the air conditioning worked well, and there was also a fan. The room was clean and smelled good, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. In the wardrobe, there were several hangers that seemed to have been left by previous guests. The bathroom provided soap and shampoo, and the water pressure was good. There was no drinking water in the room, but you could always get water from the dispenser behind the front desk. Tea and coffee were also available.

Guest UserThis hotel is located next to Jonker Street in Melaka. It is within walking distance to the Red House, which is extremely convenient. There is a night market on weekends, making the location perfect for exploring.
The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive, always ready to assist guests. I also appreciate the simple breakfast provided, which was sufficient for us. There are plenty of restaurants, local stalls, massage shops and eateries nearby.
The only slight inconvenience is that the road is closed during the weekend night market, so we have to walk to the entrance of Jonker Street if we want to take a taxi. However, this does not bother us much because Melaka is great for city walking, and overall transportation is still quite convenient.
Great location, warm service and highly recommended for family travelers!

Overall, the experience was acceptable
the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy.
However, there were several issues during our stay
Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned.
Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently.
Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Good hotel. I had a spacious room with a window and a pleasant view from it. It was clean, with fresh linens and towels. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning wasn't running at full power, but it cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. The shared shower was a bit inconvenient because there were no hooks to hang towels and clothes, or a shelf to place shower gel or soap. These are small details that are part of the basic necessities. Just like a mirror in the room, which was also missing. But as expected, there are water coolers with free, accessible water. The woman at the reception was very friendly and pleasant. They respond quickly to WhatsApp messages. Check-in was easy. They answer calls. I wish this hotel and its staff prosperity. They are doing a great job. I would gladly stay again, in the same room with flowers in the window.

Finian LeeThis hotel is in the perfect location. Just 2 minutes walk to Jonker Street. Friendly staff, clean hotel and our stay here was very pleasant. Restaurants are just located outside the hotel and therefore, there is no need to use your car to get around Jonker Street area. Best part is that they have a car park that is free for hotel guests - see photo. We will definitely come back to this hotel to stay for my next Melaka vacation. Highly recommended for those of you that wants to stay within walking distance to Jonker Street.

CatherineminvOverall, it was very comfortable to live in. The house is very large and has two floors. It has a TV and a KTV. However, I don’t know how to use the KTV. I spent a long time researching it when I first started using it. I brought two small dogs here this time. They are pet-friendly. I prepared the items for the dogs. I have to pay a deposit of RM200 before check-in. It will be refunded after confirmation after check-out. The communication with the landlord was smooth. The location is very close to Chinatown. It is also very close to the Red House and can be reached on foot. The overall experience is very good! Will come back again! The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes. Even though the homeowner lit mosquito coils, there were still mosquitoes and I got a few bites. I hope the homeowner will pay more attention to mosquito control in the future! Next, the room is close to the road. People who sleep on the side of the window can easily hear the sounds outside. People who sleep lightly are advised to stay away from the window! The bed is very comfortable, with moderate firmness and softness for me. Overall, it’s good. The price was about RM300 when I booked it, so the CP value is good! This time we are staying with 4 people, and the maximum number can be 6 people. The more people there are, the higher the CP value is! If the price hasn’t increased, I highly recommend it!
